My son and I only stayed here one night but the beds are super comfortable, the room was clean and large and the resort is very pretty. We would definitely come back!

the room smelled of cigarette smoke the shower did not run hot , not even warm really and it wouldn’t turn off the front desk staff was rude This place is ghetto all the way but the pools are wonderful . I say stay somewhere else but get a day pass .

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We forgot to bring some cutlery, and they were more than happy to help us right away. Such a wonderful place with great service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I come to this hotel almost every montth in the last few months. This time the room was dirty, the bath room was very dirty, there was hair on the floor and the garbage was still there. There was also a trash on one of the beds. This time was really disappointed from the cleanliness.

Pools and Jacuzzi’s are amazing! Love that they are open 24 hours. Room was clean but dated. AC worked and felt amazing! Will definitely continue to return

Mineral springs were outstanding and just the thing after a long hike. The room smelled musty and the shower ran cold. But it was cheap enough that that we didn't care.

The minerals pools are amazing.

We did have a bit of an issue with slow service at the restaurant but CREDIT to the hotel manager , he fixed it. I would definitely return!
