We stayed at the property many times before. This time we booked 2 nights. Everything was as usual besides the pool. It was so dirty! Usually it's not really that crowded at this time of year, but surprisingly was a lots of people. We ended up leaving earlier than we usual.

Clean bed sheets. Love the old school vibe. Great for a desert staycation. I always stay here!

This place is an absolute dump! We checked in, went to our room and checked right back out. It was filthy, old and had a terrible odor. I requested a refund and have yet to hear back from the so-called manager. I still want a full refund. We had every intention of enjoying a couple of days but not in that filth. If the rooms were that way the pools are probably contaminated! Stay away from this place!

It was a little dirty day 1, but the rest of the days there was staff going around and picking up. The restaurant is mid so we ate in town. It is in the middle of a very poor neighborhood, so don’t expect much outside of the resort. We ate at El Matador and it was excellent. You get what you pay for so we would definitely come back for a cheap getaway.

Needs updates

It's an old resort. The rooms smell bad. The elevators also stink. The air conditioner doesn't work on the second floor in the hallways. The staff wasn't very welcoming and came across as a bit unfriendly. The pools are nice and are open 24hrs. The large pool was nice and warm. There were only two hot tubs that were actually hot. We still had a great time, but the place definitely needs some TLC.

The hotel itself is old and outdated. Very old and dirty carpet. The whole hotel needs a complete overhaul. The pools could have been cleaner. It has really gone down from the last time I stayed there.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times. I enjoy it. Food’s good at the restaurant.

Nice spot. A little dated, but the pools are very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean, but the highlight is definitely the pool and garden area. Front desk staff could be a little more welcoming though.

This was our first time here and will definitely be back. The property is a little run down but the service and amenities were amazing.

Beautiful property! everything was great

Didn’t like anything. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the furniture throughout the facility was outdated, worn, and had an unpleasant odor. There was a strong musty smell in the room, elevator and throughout the building . The furniture and overall interior are in need of updating.
