Friendly staff, well maintained , clean, across street from beach : wonderful place to stay, convenient to everything we wanted

They waited a day before I left to cancel due to maintenance issues I asked what was the issue they said the wifi I was like ok so I have one day to find some where to stay and 3-7 business days for a refund I was very unhappy

The ladies that I spoke with at check in were simply amazing. They had the absolute best recommendations. And the beach is right across the street where you have your own private access. Great value amazing hospitality. Highly recommend.

It was convenient to everything. The bed in the bedroom was not that comfortable.

We liked the property a lot. It's a really cool concept that is executed well! Very close to the beach. Very convenient. Spacious place to stay. The night I arrived the concierge was very helpful and went out of his way to help me It was quiet and low key which was also great. Our unit needs a refrigerator repair. The freezer makes a constant very loud noise. It was shocking that it was left like this, not reported by housekeeping to get repaired because if I were cleaning that unit I would have informed the people who make repairs to just do it and not wait for a customer complaint. Luckily we didn't have anyone staying in the bunk beds or pull out but if we did, we would have been complaining to someone the second we got there. It is not right to keep it like that and wait for a family staying in the unit complain about it because they can't sleep. Just a random problem but one I was confused about since this is a well kept highly rated location. I also needed the fridge for my breast milk- there were times I questioned the coolness of the fridge. The fridge was a very necessary part of my trip and it unfortunately became a stress point. I just truly recommend that when workers see or hear a repair that is needed, you just take care of it rather than waiting for someone to complain. There was also an electrical outlet on the wall that did not work. It was one by the bed so that was not convenient since we needed a decent number of plugs.

Check in/out was easy. Beach location. Concierge was Abi was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities.

We liked the location near the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were nice and clean. Sometimes it was hard to find parking near our unit.

And full kitchen Disorganized almost scolded over not having a parking pass when never given one in the first place and ran back and forth for check in also when cooler hot water isn’t hot and heater wouldn’t go up

Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Parking is very limited and challenging. We weren't aware there was construction going on at the property with sidewalk repairs during our stay. It was quite noisy at times. The very comfortable beds made up for the daytime noise!

Only issue was secure entry gate to beach was broken and open to anyone

One bed wasn't made. Another had a huge pee stain on the bed spread, and there were no covers for the fold out sleeper.

This is a great place to go for a family beach getaway. The property is smaller, which makes it easier for families to get around without having to worry about crowds and elevators; but, make sure to ask for a first floor if traveling with little ones. It is right across the street from the beach which is convenient to walk back and forth to the rooms as needed. The service is great too!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. It's literally steps accross the road from the beach. It has hotel amenities (housekeeping, pool, concierge) in a condo style living multiple beds (full kitchen in each unit). We stayed in 12B and it was perfect and away from the pool for kids to sleeping without hearing people out there. Would definately stay again.

Well maintained and clean facility. Laundry centrally located in courtyard with 5 washer/dryers. Definitely recommend. Easy access to beach across the street. Beach access does require you to use stairs to get down to the beach.

The cottages are nicely equipped. We found everything we needed to cook our meals on hand in the kitchen. There is free laundry and they also provided beach towels. The main negative was the cleanliness of our unit. There was a significant amount of what appeared to be mold on the ceiling above the shower and the outside of the toilet was covered in disgusting brown streaks. The carpet needs a good shampoo, as our feet quickly became very dirty walking around barefoot. We were disappointed with the professionalism of one employee who stood by the pool while we were in it with our kids and had an extremely loud, profanity-filled argument on his cellphone for about 10 minutes. Several employees walked by and no one addressed this with him. Hopefully, this was a one-time occurrence, but it made us very uncomfortable. Overall, we would give this location another chance because the main objective of our vacation was to spend time on the beach and this provided great access to a lovely beach.
