Loved how close it was to the beach and friendly staff the free breakfast and drinks were great too Nothing, though I did wish they had a couple more water showers outside to wash off from the beach.

I love the fact that this Embassy Suite location is towards the end of the scenic view strip. It's close to shopping and the fact that this hotel has private access to the beach that's just right across the street is the chef's kiss! This is an older hotel but it's very clean and I gave it a three stars for how well the property is maintained because in the lobby you can definitely tell where the carpet is worn the chairs where you sit for dining are very warmed but it is really clean and I'll still would stay there the rooms were really nice and clean. I like the fact that there's no carpet in the rooms. The water pressure in the sinks and the toilet was very low but overall I still give it a five-star rating

Our room was clean and really nice! There was a HUGE breakfast every morning which was really nice because it was one meal we didn’t have to think about. The ocean and beach are across the street a little walk and the beach area is for hotel goers. It was very maintained and clean. We personally rented the chairs and umbrella our beach days, but you could bring your own. Staff was helpful and kind. I will definitely be using this hotel again! Oh! And they have a laundry room on site! Love that!

The location is very nice, which is the only thing they have going for them. It's right across the street from Miramar Beach, which is beautiful. They have a free breakfast was good/decent for kids and non picky adults. I don't know why it is rated as Exceptional (maybe location)? If you deep dive into other's reviews you will see similar comments. I wouldn't stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel. Extremely outdated does not match the photos, staffing was low, A/c in the rooms seemed to stop working in the night.

This experience was far below the level of service I expect from Embassy Suites by Hilton. I paid for a specific room that was unavailable due to overbooking, endured poor housekeeping in two separate rooms, and was unable to speak with management despite multiple attempts.

On a positive note, the employees were courteous and very helpful.

The breakfast was good, the second room we were moved to, and bed were comfortable, the staff was very accommodating. I liked the close proximity to the beach as well. Our first room had issues with the a/c, was not blowing cool air. And the "water view " was not a real view. It was only a peek at the water between the trees.

The property itself was pretty nice. I typically try to stay at Embassy Suites when I travel. This particular one had some issues with the room being occupied by other people when the a member of our party checked in. The staff did not work to make the situation right. I inquired about a blanket because I was cold, the staff told me they did not have one and would not go look, that was disappointing

We enjoyed the hotel. The location was probably the best part. very close to the beach with private access. Free breakfast buffet and the evening receptions were a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
