Holiday Inn Express & Sui Destin-miramar Beach

Nice place to stay close to the beach. You can walk for about 10 minutes and you can get into the beach. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Staff ( Jessica) was amazing and very helpful! Breakfast was okay. Parking was weird. The room was clean. We enjoyed our time there.

The room was very spacious!! Enough to sleep 6. This would be the only reason I would book again. The shower walls, toliet and floor had hair everywhere. The shower wall was so nasty it has residual soap or something on the wall. I told the desk clerk and she seemed non concerned

We stayed August 9th thru the 13th. Check in was great as they explained on how we could get to the beach which is closer than we thought. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and cool also some very good restaurants right outside the hotel. The only negative was the pool was closed the entire time we were there.

The ONLY issue we faced was one morning the pancake machine was out of order and there wasnt any milk available but still had cereal station, only had chocolate milk that was out dated and it was lumpy when my kids poured it into a cup to consume, other that everything else was great !

I payed for on the beach. The location on expedia said it was on the beach but it got it wrong. I ended up 10 minutes away from the location it gave me on the maps. I had to click on the details to show me the address and it was by miramar beach instead but about 4 minutes away drive from the beach instead of the one I payed for that is a walk across the street to it. I would like some sort of discount for false adverting of this hotel.

But I don’t like the hotel not five minutes walk to sea it’s 15 minutes

My stay was wonderful! The lady at the front desk. I cant remember her name but she worked 7/29/26 through 7/31/26 of my stay. She's a hard worker and certainly deserves recognition. Well be staying at this location from now on.

lights went out ,no internet ,i mean nothing

The breakfast Buffett was Excellent! Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Room was overall clean, as well as the entire hotel, and surrounding area very safe with good parking. Bathroom and shower very nice also. There is on sight laundry services for guests too. Great choice! Thank you

They should have offer some food without pork, ham, bacon

The hotel has a good location, the staff are nice and helpful, the breakfast is good . We have good time staying at the hotel.

The was mold in the shower, sheets were stained, and the floor did not look vacuumed.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and smelled great.

The door on my room drug on the floor and was hard to close. Under the bathroom sink, it looked like the sink had been leaking and the paper was peeling off the wall. The pump on the pool was running but , I don't think it was working, there was trash and handful of hair floating in the water. The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

Our room wasn't clean, the floor wasn't swept and bathroom needed a thorough a scrub. I had to ask for a broom to sweep myself.
