The location convenience. The staff wasn’t friendly, the bed sheets and duvets were dirty. The stay was uncomfortable.

Decided that a tailgate after midnight was a good idea because they didn’t do anything about it.

Morning front staff was helpful! Nighttime staff rude and had no where for guest to be downstairs. They put chairs away which makes it hard to have no where to go to keep rooms quiet
