It was very quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Carpets in the hallways were noticeably stained. There was an elevator that did not work but we were told to avoid that one.

I liked how convenient it was to everything as far as shopping, the beach and restaurants. There were a few structural issues in the bathroom and there we’re also little roaches spotted in the bathroom as well

We had a large group and would have benefitted from using the common area. However, we were denied as it is only available for breakfast. Also my room had a cracked sink in the bathroom and the sink overflow was completely clogged. Our ironing board had issues opening and closing. Just looking around, the hotel has the appearance of lack of proper maintenance and upkeep. Housekeeping was busy all day and they did a nice job on the day they cleaned our room. The staff was very nice and our rooms were clean and the room temperature nice, especially on a couple of very hot days. Overall, I would recommend, but they do need to take care of some maintenance issues. Not as nice as Hampton Inn, but not as bad several non-Hilton hotels in which I have stayed. For the money we paid, it was good.

The rooms are ok. Some rooms have mold near the AC vent. The furniture seems to be very old. Broken toilet. The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures. The breakfast was not as expected. The staff was a little rude. The service was not as exceptional as compare to the price.

The restroom door would not close all the way or lock. This is very inconvenient when you have a couple of young kids
