The hotel is super extremely central, it has everything nearby, the best beaches 1 mile away, I really respect the comments of the bad people or well, but I speak from my personal experience, everything was excellent, room 240 that they assigned us everything worked excellent, the kitchen, the air, the lights, the fridge, everything spectacular, the beds, the pillows, I slept better than in my house, that I have a kimg bed, the people at the reception were very friendly. Arrival, then I need cloths and bath soap and a lady with yellow hair, I think she is the supervisor, I was treated super excellent, a skinny guy who is with them, at the height they have an ice machine, you can grab as much as you want, the elevator everything works, the only one that details that a future will have a swimming pool again, but without envargo, every day I arrived at 10pm, if we were bathing on the beach, I would return one and a thousand times more to this hotel, I am one of the people who thinks that you do not need so much. Luxury if you do not comfort, because if you go to a place, it is known, no. To be locked up.

This place is run down and dirty the first thing you smell when you walk in is stail mold smell the place smelled like fried chees up on are floor it has a big immigrant population they're dirty transient people not a place to stay with your family but the staff is wonderfully the pool was filed in with concrete

Staff was the best thing about the place. Two homeless chaps in the stairwell. Nice guy’s offered me a drink I declined. Distinct odor of beef jerky and cheese in the stairwell. Other than that not bad spot

The entire building is dirty and infested with cockroaches. You have to pay to get clean towels. The first room the bed was broke. The second room was filthy with trash on the floor and a dirty kitchen area. At multiple occasions myself and partner both felt unsafe walking in the halls and stairs as we had been being followed fairly closely by other guests. As the days passed by through our stay we noticed that the housekeeping dept was not cleaning the halls or common areas. The same trash stayed on the floor in front of our room for 9 of the 13 we stayed. The outdoor trash was not emptied the entire time of our stay and was overflowing with old food and beer cans. Random people sleeping in cars in the parking lot at night. Staff was told about the roaches issue and she just said oh well I have a shoe right here would you like me to kill it for you? As she walked from the front desk helping customers in her pajamas and hair wrapped in a towel

I liked the location relative to the city. Front desk staff was responsive. Our room was so nasty. There was hair and sand and used hair ties on the bathroom floor. Pubes and hair all over the shower. The sheets were stained and extremely gross. The top cover looked like it had poop on it. The pillows looked like there had been puked on and then a pillow case put on to cover that but the pillow case was also stained. You had to wear shoes because the carpet was gritty and dirty. The hallways and room smelled like dirty body odor and stale smoke. I can’t give my experience with the kitchenette because we literally only stayed at the property for less than 9 hours.

They didn’t have a pool and the ice machine was broken

Sheila thats the only thing that was good about this place! Everything is was disgusting hadn't been cleaned i had to sanitize the whole room. Was a very unsafe feeling environment! We made it through 1 night and got out of there as soon as we could! The pool was filled in with concrete but in the condition the place was the pool would've been nasty too!

Charged way too much for a really bad room. No swimming pool, no breakfast, the air did not work well. It was terrible. Do not go there.

This hotel was dirty, room was extremely small and old with a dingy looking bed. The parking lot had many old looking vehicles with men hangung out in the parking area. The hotel was located off the main road in a corner section with little safety night lights. The hotel condition was extremely poor, Do Not Book!!!!

The smelled like smoke and the fixtures need to be updated. Had a lamp post missing and in order to open the microwave you had to unplug it. -5 Stars!

I went to check in and the place was filthy but we needed a place to stay for the night. We checked in, got our keys, then headed to the room while others were hanging in the hallways and partying there and in there rooms. We get to our room and the key wouldn't work. So I go back downstairs to get a new key and the check in desk was closed, with a metal door pulled down. I noticed there was a call phone outside the door to enter the hotel so I used it to call their support and then a lady came out of a door and made me a new key. I go back up to the room and the key unlocks the door but it is locked from the inside and we could hear someone else already in the room. So they had booked us a room that already occupied. I go back downstairs and the lady that made the key was still there. I tell her there's someone already in the room and she said she doesn't know because she hadn't worked the last 4 days. I told her the door is locked deom the inside and we can hear others in the room. I tell her it's obviously double booked and ask for a refund. But she said she can't give me a refund because I booked it through Expedia and I need to call them. As we're walking out, the guy that was checking in at the desk before us came downstairs with exact same problem. Someone else was already in his room and he wanted another but he was told that there were at capacity. It's been over a week and I still haven't gotten a refund from Expedia after talking to a rep
