However I had to pay additional service fees during check out, which I didn't know when I booked the hotel. They have to charge it with booking prices but not during check out.

Nice place to stay. Our room wasn’t as clean when we first arrived and smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was nice and the beach is super close.

Nice but expensive!!

I went for 4 nights and only 2 elevators was working of 4 .Lacked of maintenance in the main lobby, strong smelling of Clorox in the Inside pool, Not much activity’s to do.

Very clean, great access to beach!

I Loved the location of the property and being right on the beach. There for two pools although I wish that there was an area just for adults. There was an outside bar/grill but always seemed to be understaffed during peak times and the weight to get a drink or order food could be long. The restaurants on the property were okay but severely overpriced. The breakfast buffet was $37 and wasn't that that good. This was a nice size property and the elevators took forever. The beach was clean, however you can only rent beach chairs/umbrellas from 9:00 to 5:00 and a fee to rent. It would have been nice if you can rent them earlier than 9:00 and later than 5:00. The beach was very clean. Overall it was a nice stay, would love an "adults only" area more value food choices.

Our stay was a complete disappointment from start to finish. After a 15 hour drive we were exhausted and finally got our keys around 4pm. When we got to our room and went to take a shower we found water all over the bathroom floor. The sink was also full of water and wouldn't drain. I then made myself a cup of coffee but found a cobweb on the picture hanging on the wall. At this point I completely lost my appetite. In the evening we went to the pool where we found cockroaches. Later we went back to the balcony to relax but the guests above us were smoking marijuana and spitting on the place where we were sitting. This was especially disturbing as there were children present and smoking is strictly prohibited in the area. The next morning we went to breakfast expecting it to be included in the price but it was NOT free. The omelette alone cost $25! I paid almost $500 for this stay and I honestly can't understand what I paid for. For that amount of money I expected at least basic cleanliness, functional amenities and a safe and comfortable environment. Instead we were faced with filthy conditions, plumbing issues, cockroaches, inappropriate behavior from other guests and a very disappointing breakfast. This hotel completely fell short of even the most basic expectations. I would never stay here again and would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. 0 stars if I could.

Hilton placed us in rooms we have never stayed in before - with a view of the HVAC And told us twice that it was because we booked through Expedia instead of directly through Hilton and refused to bring water to our rooms

Great experience! The renovated rooms were very clean and fresh! The food is amazing at the onsite beachfront restaurant!

Beach Charis was not included in the resort fee or room price and required additional charge. This is unusual for "resort". Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this resort based on my last experience and how they handled my concerns.

Coffee line every morning was too long to stand in. We ended up getting coffee in the afternoon instead. Suggest two cashiers to make the line move along faster. You’re loosing business with the people that don’t want to wait.

Decorations were fabulous and definitely celebrated the holiday with activities. And the food was good as well.
