The property and location was nice. But our room was covered in black mold which affected my asthma and I didn't know this until the morning we were leaving.

Me pareció espectacular la posición del hotel, el hotel visualmente no se ve súper top, pero debo decir que la habitación estaba muy cómoda y bien mantenida. Sin embargo le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel.

The pool was not really refreshing. Lots of hair and dirt. It wasn’t too cool. The baby pool was pretty gross. Had pieces of baby diapers in it and was terribly hot. The worst part was housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and they are supposed to come clean and stock your room every other day. They never did. I had to call multiple times for towels. I had to change our trash every day and then ask for trash bags. The room floor was filthy. The shampoo and conditioner was empty in the room when we got there. If housekeeping would have done their job I wouldnt have given such a bad review but to go 4 days without seeing them was ridiculous

The food options were quite limited, and it often felt like guests had to stand around waiting for items to be refilled. Even then, refills were slow or sometimes didn’t happen at all, which made dining frustrating. Upon checkin, the pull out bed in our room was not clean, and we had to call housekeeping to have the linens changed, which should have already been taken care of before our arrival. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful when we reached out, and they did address concerns once notified. However, the cleanliness and food service issues made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.

My family and I, (2 boys, my husband, and myself) enjoyed 2 nights at the Marriott hotel in Sandestin. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our suite surpassed my expectations it included… a stove top, large refrigerator, a microwave, and all required utensils. The sofa bed provided plenty of room for my boys to play around, the bathroom and bedroom were nicely tucked away yet easily accessible. Over all we enjoyed ourselves very much and will most definitely be returning.

Great place to visit and to spend family time and the people very nice

They need to keep up on the facilities so that it continues to be a great place. It is far out from attractions in Fort Walton because of all the traffic.

Very pet friendly! awesome staff! every time we requested anything they would take it right away to our room! very clean

The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed. We could cook if we like. There was a full size fridge. The breakfast was amazing every day. They are pet friendly. The offer grass spots behind the building with clean up bags. O'Brian made sure that our stay was amazing. He was always helpful and kind. We had to drive about 10 to 15 minutes to the closest beach.
