I like the switch up / rotation of the free morning breakfast . I love the seating. I loved that the towels by the pool were always available. I loved using the water fountains. It was a great clean stay.

Hotel was beautiful and rooms were spacious. Only downside was no microwave in our room and because we stayed on the weekend there was no staff for room service so I had to wait till the following morning for clean towels. But staff very kind and courteous. Loved that its so close to the Baytowne Wharf thats a great place to visit for families.

I would say the only room they had for improvement would be the breakfast. It was not bad, but I wish it had a waffle maker, instead of frozen waffles. Or fresh strawberries and raspberries instead of Frozen. The oatmeal was a bit runny. But overall the eggs were good, the sausage, the bagels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants, a Publix, and an upscale outlet mall.

Only reason I give 4* was the couch bed for my 5th guest didnt have sheets in the room, house keeping didnt come empty trash or bring towels or make bed after 1st night, had to call again for clean dry towels. But they were quick to bring them up. Breakfast was good each morning, pool was clean. Parking was not hard to find.

The Hyatt Place was so clean and there were no smells! And the bedding was very clean also! The breakfast was really good also for a hotel. All of the staff was super friendly! Can not really thing of anything
