We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean, the room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh. Loved having Starbucks in the lobby, and the food was fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

Location A cockroach was on the wall in the bathroom and there were bed bugs. I woke up after the first night with bites on my arms. Not happy because now I'm concerned they traveled home with me.

neutral Not as clean as the prior stay. The staff could not understand English language. The front desk folks very unfriendly. Noone wants coffee from where they use the bathroom elevators were scarry-all kinds of problems-getting stuck etc

I like the location and it was very clean The fact that I paid for a King room with a sofa and staff didn't try to make a change even the next day I complained about having double beds and it was a handicap room the beds was low to the floor and me and my fiance had to sleep in separate beds no price adjustment or nothing requested management and no one replied to me
