Was super dirty! Atleast sweep under the bed if your gonna charge me 250$ the night.. there was bugs and roaches and lots of pubs in the bed and restroom

Everything is good but just one thing… the pool it’s way too deep for younger kids maybe make it like 2ft to 3ft to 4ft to 5.5ft.

We were there during a tropical storm and requested the pool and area around pool to be swept and skimmed. They were just a little slow on that. BUT HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The hotel does not clean your room until after 2 nights of stay. They don't include breakfast, the food there is from the hotel's Starbucks, everything is mega small, they promised me a sofa bed and there was no sofa bed in the room.

It was misleading to me that it was on San Destin entrance but we had to go to a public beach quite far away instead of across the street. For that reason I would not stay there when wanting a beach trip.
