Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

Bigger problem was that unit had additional AC in bathroom which was blasting non stop and was not connected to AC control… We had to keep balcony door open and deal with mosquitos or… turn on heater … in June in Florida with temperatures in high 80s. Should’ve requested different room I guess, but was surprised that room quality can differ so much depending room you get (and time share owner, I guess). Lesson learned - pay attention to what you get and speak up if you have experience like we did

Been staying here everytime I've came to destin over 8 years has always been great very convenient spot only small complaint is walls pretty thin so u can hear foot steps and people moving around next door other than that great place.

Quiet property, clean and spacious room, though a bit dated. Great amenities as well (e.g., gym, arcade, movie theatre, and shuttle service to the beach or free parking at the beach). Also in a very convenient location, as it’s walking distance to shops and dining at Baytowne Wharf and a two minute drive to Grand Boulevard shops. Overall great value, especially if traveling with small kids.

The room was clean. The staff was amazing. I had no trouble with parking.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful navigating us places we wanted to do. Our room was exactly like the pictures on the website and clean! We are planning our next trip and stay here for next year already.

The place hasn’t been updated since 2010 and I should know I’ve been going yearly since 2005. Old sound crackling TVs, old uncomfortable sheets and mattress. Nice pools and nice view if you are in a bayside room. Great location. Probably would still stay elsewhere.

Havent ever been to this area but I can say my stay was amazing!!!!Everyone so knowledgeable and friendly.Rooms very clean and bed amazing. Ty. I will be back!!

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Great staff and friendly environment for kids and family!

Everything was more than we could ask for it was great

The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. It made the stay even more special. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a restaurant on site. However, the good thing is that there is a great variety of restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
