Location was awesome. Beds super comfy. The best shower ever! Water pressure felt like a massage. Beautiful grounds and staff was great. Roof top overrated. They were closed whenever we decided to go. We went later in the night after dinner. Not much entertainment when we did catch it. Food in restaurant overpriced for what you get. Was definitely looking for more excitement. Probably wont stay again.

Smashing time. My 11 year-old granddaughter & I (her 72 year-old grandmother) had a perfect 5 days. She loved the roof top pool, I loved the beach but we made it work. We both adored the hotel. We loved to go around the corner to Baytown, a different world. We both loved the food and the kind people.

Beautiful, clean, luxurious. For families with young children, it may be best to use your own vehicle while getting around Sandestin and heading to the beach. The shuttle service is great but waiting for it to arrive may not be ideal for some with younger children. We had our own vehicle and it made a huge difference for us. We loved it!

Hotel Effie is one of the few hotels/condos in Baytowne/Sandestin that allows for one night stays which is what we needed for our last stay. Hotel is amazingly beautiful and the rooftop bar is a definitely plus. Walking distance to Baytowne is less than 2 minutes which is very convenient to the local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Hotel Effie, especially for a couple looking for a night or weekend away!

We live that it was next to Baytown Wharf. It made for entertainment and dining right in our back yard. Fantastic!

I loved everything about my stay at the Effie staff was brilliant and super friendly, the property was clean and well maintained. The rooms was killer I never stayed in a hotel that had a tablet in the room. And the location was the best. My top best stay 5 star top tier.

Very hard to check in not great communication and did even know about the resort fee or what it included until right before we checked out that should have been conveyed at check in I did not get to use any of them.

The hotel was gorgeous, we practically lived on the rooftop pool. The views were great and there was plenty to do around the resort.
