Everything was perfect

Close to beach but water leaked all over our floor and got on our stuff and we weren’t asked or even offered anything for the hassle which was unfortunate because we weren’t asked on a family vacation

We always stay here for vacation. It’s has all you need around it and don’t have to drive far. Nice place to stay. Beds are too firm for my liking and pillows not firm enough.

I really liked how close it was to restaurants and shopping by I felt the property was dated and needs to be renovated. Staff was great and very helpful. One of the dirtiest Marriott properties I’ve stayed at.

2 of nights the housekeeping staff didn't clean our room but Edwardo was very helpful as it was late and he brought clean linens and made up the beds. Also 1 of the 2 elevators went down the last two days of out stay I wouldn't hold that against the hotel just something that happens. Just make sure you request a cleaning at the front desk to ensure the house keeping staff cleans.

One side of the fridge froze the food and the other side just kept it cold Not sure why

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast buffet was much better than standard breakfast buffets with eggs, various meats, oatmeal and condiments, excellent coffee and different breads and juices. Within a 100 meters and you can enter SanDestin resort and can have a lovely walk along tree-lined streets to a bayside village with retail shops, restaurants and lagoons teeming with wildlife. So pleasant. Relaxing. Just wonderful.

The location was good with many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was fair, not many choices especially fruit. The area is worn and not very well maintained. The entry doors were dirty as well as the connecting sidewalks. The eating areas were small and not bused on a regular basis.Very disappointing for a Marriott property. There is not much to like at this facility. This Residence Inn is run down, poortly maintained and has not been renovated in years. Do not stay here. As a frequent user of Marriott properties, this is one of the worst I have experienced. This property is living on its name.

Room was very spacious. Cleanliness of hotel could use some more detailing.

Few improvements suggested 1. Please remove the picture of the sea. It’s not at all on the sea beach. There are many other properties in that area facing sea 2. Breakfast food items can be improved. Every day same items are served 3. Outsiders are parking and using tesla chargers without any hotel tag If some one looking for family stay then go for it .

Very nice place with a good amount of amenities and so many places to go to all around.

I had a wonderful time here with my children. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and we definitely enjoyed the amenities.

Would be nicer since it is in a nice area but I was very wrong. It’s also very far from beach access. I would never stay here again.

The check in with Customer service manager Adriane was pleasant, he is very courteous and professional. The hotel lobby was clean, modern and well built. The halls leading to the rooms were clean and the room had functional furniture and appliances. Bathroom clean, with all the expected toiletries. Hot breakfast was good, waffles on weekends only. There was a good variety that rotated throughout the week. We had Amazon prime, you tube and Netflix as well as other local channels, when we did watch TV to wind down at night. The pool and hot tub were functional clean and accessible as promised. Nothing about our stay could have been better.
