Front reception lade was pleasant on check in - good location. Lobby area was clean. Room was shabby - bath was completely scuffed up. Outdated - carpets and base boards old. I’ve machine made noise the whole night

The house keeping did not clean as asked we returned to a dirty room and had to wait in a pool with a young child instead of being able to relax the manager did not offer any discounts for their failure

Ask Mgr. about a less night cost if one adult did not come Chris said no matter about number of people!! Oh and gps was not available, as it showed Miramar Beach, FL we used SantaRosaBeach, Destin, FL would not show. Maybe justa address gps glich??

I got a notice saying that there was no Wi-Fi while I was traveling to the place of course I didn't see it until I got there and even though I then had the opportunity to cancel it was like cancel and go away and find what other hotel that most of the hotels were sold out, which is why I was staying at your property in the first place and then we also killed the roach in our room and we also found that in the coffee maker whoever was in the room last the coffee filter that they use was still in the unit. No one had checked that I didn't trust to even use it for myself because I felt like there was no attention to detail.
