Hotel St. Regis

The location, safety and clean. The air conditioner in my first room was loud then, the manager changed my room.

It was close to downtown, clean and no problems. The bed was just a little hard.

Close to Fisher Auditorium No restaurant in hotel.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and so helpful!!!

The staff was really nice False advertisement with rooms. Room did not look anything like the website claimed. Also, we had to get another hotel because of no electricity. Worst experience ever.

The location! Room carpet, bathroom, shades were dirty. The heat failed to work atfer midnight. My neighbor was up til 3 am with a group of people in his room still partying.

Lovely lobby area Our room was very worn out. Wallpaper peeling, lock hanging off the hinges, broken toilet paper holder, Etc.

The hospitality suite was great. There was no staff in the building after 7pm .

I especially liked the pounding bass from the Swingers convention happening in the ballroom that I could hear from the 4th floor, all night and into the morning. A lot of the photos are of updated rooms, but the room I was given was dirty, had stained carpets, a ripped comforter, and the vanity lights were missing 3/4 of the lightbulbs.

Parking The room was horrible, I filed a complaint, had to check out early, it was to filthy, my fiancé was so disappointed

I liked the building and art deco style Air conditioning didn’t work

Proximity to Amtrak station Room in poor condition. Ice only at bar which wasn't always open.

No restaurant. Any meals had to be delivered. Shower was fair.

Location was perfect for a wedding we were going to. The room itself had issues with it's thermostat. We had to ask for help to repair that twice. Fixtures (bathroom hooks, shower head) fell off or had noticeable gaps. The coffee machine in the lobby also broke.

It was loud and not clean!

When I checked in the window chain pulley blind did not function. They were able to switch me to another room. However the 2nd room had a toilet that turned on every 3 minutes to fill the tank with water.

Location. Close to downtown attractions. Public transportation just outside of the hotel. Old hotel offered next to zero amenities. No restaurant, no bar, small rooms, no carpet in rooms.

Nothing. It’s terrible. Yes Everything.

Prive Rooms needed to be monitored somewhat during the night - room next door was yelling screaming and banging things around all night
