AC Hotel by Marriott Detroit at the Bonstelle

Loved! Stayed here for the Alex Warren concert and will definitely be back!

I booked this property because it was close to Ford field. I didn’t expect to be able to actually walk to the field but I was. They had a bar and restaurant onsite which was convenient m. If you want something else other than what they had to offer the front desk staff was very helpful for recommendations.

Used valet parking and everything went smooth and was much easier than dealing with parking garages. Staff was super friendly.

The room was clean but the air conditioner unit was very noisy. There are no steamers or irons in the rooms. The front desk staff does not explain parking or self parking options. I would not stay here again

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Staff was rude from front desk to the bar, good luck going to the restaurants at the hotel without a reservation. Every person I spoke to at this hotel was rude, in a rush.

Make sure to have ear plugs it can get noisy from the street

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, but holy heck is the street ever loud! I was woken up at 3, 4, and 5am by car stereos, screaming tires, and sirens.

We had an excellent stay.

She was a true gem and needs a raise if nothing else! Hold on to her!

This as really our only complaint.

The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back

Should have provided breakfast for free for the price.

Very clean, staff and valet persons friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nice. Surprised valet parking only option, an added expense not planned on. No continental breakfast. Overall had a very nice stay.

The price was nice, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again just due to the noise. Everything else was great.

Staff was very friendly. Location was very convenient to Comerica Park and Little Ceasers arena.
