The hotel charged us 2x for our stay by mistake. Instead of voiding the erroneous charge we’re on a wild goose chase that will take 7 days to resolve.

Lives the property overall. Did not really like the breakfast. The room was beautiful and staff amazing. Only complaint was a rude valet driver who kept questioning whether or not I was staying at the property when I was sitting in the lobby when I clearly was.

Loved all the staff at San Marello! Top notch people! Shinola the front desk employees need to stop talking to each other and pay more attention to the guests. When you just leave your luggage with the man at the counter to store for you and you literally come back 10 minutes later and he can't even remember who you are by your face, there's an issue! Especially for what you pay for a room and I've stayed there many times! I'm even a foundry member of The Shinola Store!

Very sheak and swanky hotel. Was a great getaway from our normal lives to have a great night out downtown. Definitely recommend to couples looking for a nice place to stay.
