Great hotel Thank You

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at the hotel was very dirty. We checked in our room immediately noticed that the floors were not swept at all the carpet not vacuumed bathroom not cleaned and the bedding had stains on them when I asked for someone to clean. They said they will send someone over, but never did.

With a hotel with no parking, Velet parking was very expensive. No ice, and couldn't even get snacks system wasn't working

Staff were friendly and professional. Meals were great in the restaurant, however, seemed to have run out of items or the fryer was not working making selections too limited.

It's an okay place to stay downtown. The hotel has an air freshener or cleaner that is super strong. If you are sensitive, I wouldn't stay here.

Great location/walking distance to convention center.

Great location, walkable attractions, and incredible food, with excellent hospitality. My only complaint was a transportation issue that caused us to miss our first day of check-in. I was in contact with the hotel directly but received no response, so when we arrived, they gave up our room. This was eventually corrected, but I would like a credit for that day or a refund. Housekeeping was another issue— we didn’t see housekeeping until checkout, and towels and washcloths took hours to receive.

Clean rooms, very convenient to the convention center, safe especially for solo female travelers. Cleaners come by daily to refresh rooms and bathrooms. Noise from outside is minimal. Security on site and doors to street close after 10 PM providing more safety.

One evening we decided to have drinks at the hotel bar, but the cocktails were disappointing, and the bartender seemed to be in a bad mood, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel itself is good and the location is excellent, but the service and staff responsiveness need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Clean, accessible, and well appointed hotel in the heart of Detroit. The gym was a decent size and nicely equipped for a ~30 min workout.

Check-in was efficient and Anthony was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking attendants were also friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

The hotel was very clean. It wasn’t easy to determine where ice could be found. Outside noise was fairly annoying in the early evening hours through the air conditioning unit, even on the seventh floor. Parking was expensive and so was the price of a one night weekend stay.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again anytime I am in Detroit again.

Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations (soul food from Fixins should be mandatory). I was extremely pleased with the quality of the stay for the cost.

The bar and restaurant was so convenient!

Indigo is a most affordable hotel in the Hart of downtown Detroit. I’ve stayed there many times when I have visited Detroit because it is a well kept property for a reasonable price. The restaurant serves great coffee and a marvelous breakfast.
