Pool was very nice and the hot tub was great. The staff was nice and friendly. Could have used more information about the layout of the hotel and the amenities. Used the valet for our stay and it was easy and convenient. Would stay here again.

Very nice historic building in a great location. Spacious room. Nice facilities. One staff person at the check out desk was rude. I felt I was interrupting her when I asked to check out. Staff at the Sullivan's steakhouse also rude. Not sure why in such an upscale property. I would however give it another try overall. $6 airport bus picks up across the street so very convenient.

My only complaint is that valet does take 15-30 mins to get your car and it is not communicated to you when your car is ready - so you HAD to be down there and find it yourself when it was available. If you are having to come and go often, it would be a pain.

The service at the 2nd floor bar was absolutely terrible. Was there in the afternoon and again at night very slow and line ups 20 people deep. Then order room service at 12:00 am. It took them an hour to bring my food to the room. The food and beverage service was terrible
