Caused disruption for the stay. But the place itself was beautiful and location to Ford Field

Room was clean and had great amount of space for the price. Hotel is located close to a lot of amenities downtown. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great experience and would stay here again.

The customer service was good. They were very helpful. The room was very nice but housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well. The comforter had yellow stain on it. They didn’t clean under the let out couch. They didn’t leave any extra Linen in the room. So we had to call room service. But they did bring it. Overall the stay was cool the lady at the front desk was nice and tried to be accommodating as much as possible . She gave us a voucher. I have stayed there before I love that place. I would come back again I just want housekeeping to do better. I will check my room out before it gets to late!

The management on the last day of my stay was terrible. Very rude and unprofessional. They tried to say I didn’t pay for the room when it was already paid in advance. Then after I showed my email they tried to which it up. Do not recommend staying here. I also had to switch rooms because the floor was soaking wet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is closer to Huntington Place than I expected (hint- go out the side door, down 2 blocks, make a left). The breakfast options were very good. Recommend the Circle Bar if you don’t want to venture far for a cocktail and a meal. Food is typical pub fare.

My stay was short but everything from the valet at the door, the desk clerk and hospitality/ housekeeping staff was excellent!

Security deposit

We arrived to our room and they shut off the thermostat because it built up ice and our room was 78 degrees. It was 90 degrees out that day and our room didn’t get below 74 degrees. The toilet wasn’t working properly but that was fixed with having no problems.

The hotel was nice either way updated decor. The staff was meh. Our room had some issues with the bathroom, toilet didn’t flush properly and the tub drain backed up

Trouble with a locked door and then early the next morning woken up to fix the locked door which they were not able to do.

So much to say but I will simply state I will never stay here again.

Overall had a pleasant stay. While the food in the restaurant was good, we were underwhelmed by the service.

Dirtier than expected. The front desk staff were not very friendly. The valet staff was very nice.
