I love my stay! Front desk staff is wonderful 💗

The staff was so nice and helpful. from the front desk to the doormen to the housekeepers... Excellent!!!! Truly one of the nicest cities I've ever been too. The bartender was so kind to my grandsons. I believe his name was TJ. They would come down to the restaurant/bar for a late nice snake and would have conversation with them about the city. thank you for the wonderful stay!!

I loved the interior design of the hotel, rooms, and restaurant. There was only one front desk person that met all my expectations. She really took a moment to listen then answer all my questions thoroughly. She worked the desk the 8am morning of 8/16/2026, white lady. Everyone else either rushed me through or had a horrible attitude, especially the black woman during the 8am morning of 8/15/2026. Awful. The valet people were very nice, very helpful. Answered questions, gave directions. And there is a woman name April that waitresses in the restaurant who is especially kind. The size of the suite was nice, but it was awkward with the bathroom sink being outside of the bathroom. I love that there is a refrigerator and microwave inside the room. The sleeping area was spacious. The facilities person showed up in no time when I needed him, and the housekeepers were very diligent. The food in the restaurant was plenteous, tasted great, and had a great presentation. The attitude of the gentleman that checked me in around 11:30 pm on 8/14/2026 was sarcastically kind and didn't want to be bothered. I needed things in the room and he questioned my needs. He saw me with a 91-year old woman. The website said shower chairs were available. I needed one. What was so hard about it? And when I asked for bedding for the sleeper sofa, he acted like I asked for a whole other bed. The bag in the closet had one pillow, and a blanket. No sheets. How was I supposed to sleep comfortably without the sheet, at least one other and another pillow. The sleeper sofa pillows are too small and flimsy. The bathroom in the lobby is in a horrible space. You have to go up some steps and what felt like the back of the building. My grandmother had to take a lift to get to it. Y'all need to change that. You can build a ramp where the stairs are. Anyone with luggage would appreciate it and folks on walkers or who use a wheelchair. And if I ask for a shower chair to be placed in an accessible, please provide it without hassle. Lastly, I did not like that they would not us eat separately with the paid breakfast. I did not understand that. If it came with the room, and we all had keys, and it was verified, why did we all have to come down at the same time? It was inconvenient, because we all couldn't shower at the same time. We tried to stagger showers and eating, and they would not let us, which meant waiting for everyone to get showered and dressed before we could all eat, costing us time that we did not plan for and had to adjust our schedule. First time encountering that.

Beds, room, location and very kind staff. Breakfast very short menue and prices expensive in comparison with options out and close to the hotel.

The temperature in my room required some assistance but afterwards it was nice and cool in my room. I absolutely love the warm cookies and the location was great if you don't mind crowds at night. I was able to walk to downtown attractions too. Would stay again

Exceptional

I saw a lot of reviews complaining about how hot the rooms were but ours was a little too cool. The staff were amazing, from valet to housekeeping, very pleasant.

We had a few issues with one of the two rooms we had- some kind of leak left our carpet soaking wet and our phone did not have a dial tone. Fortunately, we had another room right next door to use the phone to call the desk. Rooms are spacious and comfy bed. Staff were all very nice & when I let them know about the issues with the wet carpet, she did offer us a late check out @ no charge, which was very helpful.

The door man and lobby customer service was nice and friendly. The rooms was completely dusty. The lamps, the headboard, the cabinets in the bathroom all need to be dusted. Not sure if management makes rounds or not of each room but they should. Found a roach in the bathroom. First and last.

The front office staff was amazing No wash cloths in room. Only two towels and no bath mat for shower getting out area. The toilet was gurgling all night. No bags in the trash can. Sheets and bedspread upon arrival were dirty and had hair in them!!! . The bathroom wall by shower appeared to have wallpaper that was peeling off. Staff was out front which we were facing the entrance were very loud around 11:30 pm. Couldn’t sleep well due to this. They were chatting with each other laughing etc VERY LOUD

The ac in the room wasn't working very well. I had it set as low as possible. I think 60 degrees. It never reached under 76. Sometimes/ mostly it was more. The room wasn't very clean. Walls needed paint. I was very disappointed for the price, and the fact that it was a Hilton.
