Nice property

Very clean and comfy beds, staff were terrific! Parking was confusing and no late places to eat. We couldn’t find a vending machine however there were way over priced mini bags of chips. I would stay again but this heads up would help me to pack better.

Great location and wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel. Would stay here again.

Close to Huntington Place and well maintained.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was super nice and friendly. Julius, Nate, housekeeping, and everyone at the front/valet entrance and the front desk were helpful and so nice.

Room was great. Clean & spacious. Staff was excellent, from the valet to the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping.

The hotel services below the expectation. Water is always unavailable in the room, and they only provide upon request. The coffee pods dont get renewed until you ask multiple times.

Our first time at this hotel and it was amazing! First off Nate (valet) was so helpful with our luggage and helping us find our room. He made sure my mother in law was taken care of and comfortable. She's had a few strokes so communication can be difficult. Hotel art was amazing and the staff was even better. Antonio was such a pleasure as well. We met some great people and the hotel was so beautiful. The history of the original radio station is beautifully displayed throughout the hotel. Every step made to feel like luxury! Decor is chefs kiss gorgeous!! My only cons were the dirty blanket with makeup on it. I didn't notice until we pulled the sheets back there next morning. I don't wear makeup. There was also a hair tie behind the ice bucket that clearly had blonde hair in it. The rooms don't have microwaves in them but there is one by the desk. Those things didn't change my overall opinion of my stay and experience. My family was pleased and in awe of it as well. The rooftop bar is so beautiful. We're looking for a reason to go back!!!
