Room was very clean and well stocked. The staff were very helpful and nice. I do wish we were made aware prior to checking in that guest got free valet. That would have been great to know so we didn't have to lug our luggage a long way. Otherwise great stay and will likely stay again.

Stayed here after a Tigers game at Comerica Park. Staff was pleasant, rooms were clean and comfortable.

only one elevator was working, for the entire hotel. And twice my room was not cleaned even after it being requested. Lastly sometimes I had to wait in line for over 5 mins just to get my ticket validated for valet parking. Maybe have a dedicated line for that. I would give it another chance though. The casino is very clean and a nice atmosphere. The rooms are a nice size as well. BC

This location is perfect, we stay here often. This would always be our first choice for hotel accommodations. Food is available. Gaming is perfect. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean.

Room was not dirty but had an odor and the hallway and elevator always smell like pot and had not been cleaned very much, the casino had a bunch of broken machines and almost no customer service all the staff was friendly that is the only positive. We arrived at 4:00 check in time still had to wait for a hour to get a room. Nothing online about hot tub or pool being closed.

Pool and all amenities all under reconstruction, elevators out of order, had use the service elevators, valet took an hour.... room cost $750

Room clean but no turn down service or service at all for 2 nights poker room was great Need better breakfast options and no shopping or stores really on site valet staff was best part

It was our first time there. After figuring everything out, parking, and where we were at. It was awesome ,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was real nice, with a great city view. Bathroom/ shower was awesome. Room was just as nice. Had a great time and definitely will go back!

Come on. Pool not available in the middle of July. Do your maintenance in the winter time.

The Casino was clean. The machines were awesome to play. My over all experience was good. The only down disappointment was the spa and pool were closed. My little one was disappointed. I would however recommend this hotel and Casino.

My bill was $68. They charge me $187.10. They also couldn’t give me a detailed receipt to explain it to me why they charge me that much and then basically just told me it’s a resort deal with it. lol. It did arrive at 8 o’clock on the dot but the breakfast sucked. Nice place tho

The valet was very nice and helpful. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our stay was good. Our suite was very clean and large! The only problem was the view was of Air conditioners and metal. Terrible view for a very expensive room. I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. I want to shout out the following employees who made our stay excellent: Myiesha very helpful, Bryan the Bellman, and Bonnie, excellent representation for the MGM!
