MGM Grand Detroit

My bill was $68. They charge me $187.10. They also couldn’t give me a detailed receipt to explain it to me why they charge me that much and then basically just told me it’s a resort deal with it. lol. It did arrive at 8 o’clock on the dot but the breakfast sucked. Nice place tho

Wasn’t able to check in to my room till after 7 pm

The valet was very nice and helpful. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our stay was good. Our suite was very clean and large! The only problem was the view was of Air conditioners and metal. Terrible view for a very expensive room. I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. I want to shout out the following employees who made our stay excellent: Myiesha very helpful, Bryan the Bellman, and Bonnie, excellent representation for the MGM!

Hope you don’t have any plans day of check in. Took over 2hrs to get into our room. Floor was wet we was late to our engagement. Paid way to much for our experience.

Easily accessible and super clean

The staff was great, but the room was not cleaned as it should have been. There were crumbs on the floor and you can tell the carpet had not been vacuumed. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The atmosphere Valet took way too long, it could be cleaner in the rooms and room service took long as well

Valet parking easy check in w/ staff went well however room wasn't ready until hour & half past check in time. This was frustrating and delayed our plans for the evening. casino was well maintained. rooms spacious & comfy bed although pillows a bit too big.

Room was really nice except AC only works when you are in the room. The issue with the hotel and casino is a complete lack of professional staff who want to serve you. Multiple times staff were rude and completely unhelpful. For a room that was over $350 a night I expect some level of service which I didn’t receive. I highly recommend not staying here.
