Beautiful, clean, valet guys were nice. So noisy. Couldn’t sleep because people were partying in their room until 5am. Spoke to the front desk and her literal response was “It’s a party hotel. We have a rooftop bar”. Um ok. I looked at the listing and there’s no indication of it being a party hotel that allows guests being loud all night is okay.

Bad

From Valet to Room service. All of it was excellent!

I didn't get breakfast it was not mentioned nor offered. customer service. the flies in the restaurant on the 7th floor, the view was not pleasant either, the homeless people was a bit disturbing.

Superb

They put us in the wrong room and told us that they are at capacity and can’t do anything to accommodate, but still never refunded the difference We try to take a few professional pictures of ourselves, and staff followed us around and wouldn’t let us take pictures.

We enjoyed our stay there, we went to the roof top and ate at the Hamilton restaurant for breakfast one day. All was well, looking forward in returning.

Great hotel located in a really good location central to a lot of amenities. Staff was helpful and breakfast in the restaurant was very good and well priced.

Hotel is beautiful and modern. Hotel staff have am attitude....stayed there 3 times because of convenience/ location

Exceptional

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, very beautiful hotel, convenient to a lot of places (casino, stadiums) and location was wonderful.

Problem was checkout is 12:00pm

Loved it was so close and property staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. Only thing is if you had a mini store downstairs or can sell items.

The hotel and the rooms are newer, clean and modern. I booked this hotel because it had a beautiful restaurant and bar on the rooftop. There was a wedding event so the majority of it was closed to hotel guests. The portion left open had to be reserved and it did not have access to the rooftop. Parking mandatory valet $45 per night. I don't plan to revisit this hotel.

Everything was lovely; wish there was a better parking set up for guest
