I will definitely be staying here again.

Was a different vibe. Cute and industrial. Enjoyed my stay

Very sparse room and horribly uncomfortable beds. The hotel itself is simple and artsy.
-
Great stay! Very reasonably priced and just about all you need is within walking distance.

The room was a bit of a cold aesthetic with the floors and minimal rugs. I know that is the planned aesthetic, but with white walls, metal hangers and cold floors, hard chairs, it didn't provide a lot of comfort. Bed was okay, pillows were small and thin. The bathroom door did not close. Staff was kind and helpful. Rest of aesthetic of hotel was cool and more comfortable. We were on the first floor so had to keep curtains closed, would be great if windows had some kind of coverage so we could keep curtains open, for lighting, along with privacy. Prices of sundries items was exorbitant (I would expect a mark up for convenience but 2 small sized sodas and 2 bags of bettermade chips was $20!) Got a latte in the morning, which was very good. Overall, it served its purpose, and location was good.

The showers in the bathrooms didn’t have a sliding door, so the floor kept getting wet. In the workout room, the machines shouldn’t face away from the door because that could be dangerous. Otherwise, everything else was okay.

I would definitely stay here again

Clean nice room, very close to venues downtown

This property was very nice. It was clean and very well kept up. The staff was all super friendly and always willing to help if needed. The rooms were really nice and pretty clean. My stay was short but very pleasant. Will surely stay again

The room itself looked reasonably close to the photos, but much of the rest of the property and the advertised experience did not. The hotel seems to have been "under renovation" forever, yet somehow still manages to look unfinished. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls are so thin that I spent most of the night listening to every detail of whatever was happening in the room next door — conversations, yelling, laughter, and intimate activities included. Sleep was not on the menu. Ironically, the loud air conditioner became my favorite feature because it was the only thing masking the noise coming through the walls. The lack of soundproofing continued the next morning when housekeeping started turning over neighboring rooms. I could hear conversations, furniture moving, and even the sound of cleaning spray coming out of the bottle. If you can hear someone spraying cleaner through the wall, that's not a quiet zone no matter how many signs say otherwise. I was also under the impression room service was available, but when I called hoping to have a coffee delivered, I was told to come downstairs and get it from the lobby café myself. The concrete floors may fit the industrial aesthetic they're going for, but to me it felt less boutique hotel and more expensive basement apartment. For $243 a night, I expected far more. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay here.

The pictures for this property is AI. I was not pleased with the aesthetics. It was described differently. It’s an old property and needs some major upgrades. The staff was pleasant but the room itself needs some work.

I enjoyed this hotel though the beds were small - we had two full size with no option for queens. I would return, but as a solo traveler or with my husband.

Hip concept

This place was not at all what we were expecting. Looks nothing like the beautiful photos. It’s literally a dorm room. Tiny and dirty. We checked out the very next morning and went elsewhere.
-
Awesome staff- retro feel- good for in and out.
-
The location was convenient, which was probably the best part of the stay. While nothing was terrible, nothing really stood out either. It met my basic needs for a night. I don't know that I would go out of my way to stay here again.
-
Very cheap hotel rooms remind you of a college dorm.

Great place

Loved my stay! Easy to get around the city
