Clean room, great staff.

It was great!

Very nice hotel, great location, had a great view and the staff was very pleasant if I have one complaint. It would be about the pillows.They were the worst.I would think they could do a little better for a hotel of that quality...

The hotel maintained a great separation between the casino and the hotel, while keeping everything within a few minutes walk. My king room was very spacious, the chairs were comfortable, and the bed was great! The bathroom was also roomy with a nice, large shower. Beyond all of that, the best amenity was the staff, from the front desk, to the valets, to the restaurant staff to the security. Everyone was very friendly, and most willing to answer a question or address any concern. I will definitely look to stay here when I travel to Detroit.

Nice stay for a concert free shuttle. First time there and it was perfect.

Great stay, excellent and helpful staff! The shuttle service to ford field was amazing and right on time! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Very beautiful spa and full gym. It’s definitely a great spot for couples and older adults who enjoy gambling. They offer transportation to concerts and sporting events.

Beautiful room

I seen bed bugs in the spa and they did nothing about it besides say write a statement with security. We stayed for 2 nights Father’s Day weekend. We requested the room be cleaned in between our visit and they only made the bed with the same stained sheets we walked in too. Yuck. No accommodations no nothing

Ro my room was uncapped. It was very dusty hair dirt in the corner very disappointed overall with the lack of cleanliness. I actually took photos.
