Everything at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was kind, the place was clean and they were able to check us in early. 10/10 recommend.

Casino is like a cave, restaurants were disappointing and elevators worked intermittently. Not worth the cost

The room was not what it should have been for the excessive price and I know the casino staff may not be a reflection of the hotel staff but was there for a concert and they were not helpful when I needed information. that experience only made the stay that much worse...probably would not stay there again even for free.

Our room was clean and comfortable! We had a great time!

Checked in about 8 PM, front desk was super friendly. Parking was close and valet was free and quick. Food and drink prices were suprisingly good, unlike many places in Vegas or Ohio right now. Shuttle bus was on time and free to Ford Field. Easy and in and out of the NFL game. Much easier than Hollywood Greektown casino which we diod 2 weeks ago where the parking attendant argued with us and we were trapped getting out of the garage for an hour. Stay at Motor City if you want an easy and in and out for a game.

Incredible room! Quiet, well appointed, comfortable!

My room was not clean. There was piles dirt and other gray matter in several corners in the restroom area. The handles on the night stand drawers were dirty and sticky. My comforter was dirty and had makeup from the previous room occupant. It took them two days to provide a clean comforter.

The stay was wonderful other than the buffet no longer being open and the limited spa days/hours.

Was therefore a concert the room was clean. The staff was OK. They weren’t extremely helpful. It was an OK stay but for the price of the room I felt like the staff could’ve been more friendly and helpful. The security for the concert was cool. They helped a lot, but the overall hotel and things it was OK. The concert was awesome. No problems there cause like I said security was on point.
