Overall great experience

We thought our stay was great. If I had to pick at anything, the pillows are too soft. That's it. The staff was all so friendly and polite and great to deal with!

Upon arrival, the Registration Staff were very welcoming and accommodated an early check-in, offered an overview of the property and a recommendation of dining options.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, the property seemed in good shape, but the carpets in the hallways had a bit to be desired. We stayed there for a conert and our bonus was there was a free shuttle to Little Caesars Arena and back!

How secure the property was, had wife and grandchildren. Very respectful staff, will stay again

It was a great time. Motor city lacks two things, live entertainment and more casual sit down dinning. It was mostly clean but some dirty areas. Staff was great

Everyone that I encountered went out of their way to help us. It was my wife’s Birthday and it was truly special. Safe and secure.

Excellent overall but there was a situation that should be addressed in the Red Lantern. I have a food allergy and specifically asked the staff member if corn was in the dish. She said it was so we asked about an alternative that had no corn. She recommended another dish which we purchased to go. On return to our room we found that the alternative dish also had corn in it. Fortunately, we spotted it before I ate it. This could have been life threatening.

I stayed there for my bridal suite for the weekend. The staff was amazing! Everything was great!

We were delighted to find out they ran a free shuttle to and from the Little Ceasars Arena which saved us money instead of having to Uber. Also free vallet with each room. The only complaint was that the bathroom floors were dirty, like they had not been mopped. Just wore slippers. The check in was easy and the casino staff were also wonderful!

Free shuttle was awesome but anyone checking in from a 3rd party was not allowed to check in before 4 pm. We had to wait while we watched them check in other guests who booked directly through their website.. it didn’t seem fair as we watched from the couch from 3pm to 4pm

I love the good customer service but my fav part is the bathroom lol enjoy the hotel food as well

Great amenities, loved that there was free parking and a shuttle to our venue (Comerica Park and Little Caesars Arena). Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was nice, however needs to be dusted and carpet was stained and dirty. Late night food options were not worth the $.
