MotorCity Casino Hotel

Everything was great. The Hotel parking was easy and close, the check in process was easy, the casino bar had a great happy hour, took a shuttle to and back from the concert we went too. A great stay.

The housekeeping staff and the front desk associate who checked me in were both wonderful and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer room service.

Free parking!! The hotel staff was friendly, helpful. Room was clean, quiet and close to our venue so we walked to the event and took free shuttle back to hotel.

Was charged for services that I not receive. The cavalier manner that I was treated after communicating about late arrival was truly disrespectful. It has taken me several day t be able to address this. I am owed an apology and a refund. Your staff cannot be trusted

Room was nice and had lots to offer, hallways in the hotel were dated and dirty. Casino was lack luster but the food was decent.

Front desk gals were so friendly and nice.
