Comfortable room, free parking. Neighborhood felt relatively safe. Easy walk to Motor City Casino or Comerica Park Too much extra stuff (trash bins, boxes) stored under stairs and in the office.

Tv didn't work , toilet didn't work and there was no cold water. If the tv did work you would of had to leave the lights on because the outlet was hook up to the lights.

Location Did not find person in reception very helpful nor welcoming. Room was dingy, put air con on, now have a really bsd cold, towel was dirty.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, good location across the street from a 24/7 convenience store (with a Subway) and very near the city center.

Very conveniently located by Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field, and Comerica Park. 15 minute walk to the venues. Free parking. Very reasonable priced and friendly staff.

Hotel is not acceptable. Lobby was full of clutter stacked up against the windows. Felt unsafe. I couldn't stay there because it was dirty and run down. Hotel was awful.

Good location, close to a lot of stuff downtown. Older building but the rooms were in good condition and clean. Everything worked as it should. The bathroom door latch would stick a little and had to rotate knob to make it close but wasn't a big deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was enclosed with a wall making access more restricted and safer. Accidentally left my car unlocked overnight and had no problems. I would stay there again.
