Historic beautiful hotel. You have to be patient with the valet parking but considering is in the middle of the city it was ok.

Upon arrival, no flowers Went down to the concierge’s desk to inquire Extremely rude Very unhelpful “ we tried to get white roses they were out” I simply asked you had all my information Couldn’t you have texted me? They basically said that that’s not their problem Tried to get in contact with guest services a few more times during the stay Missing amenities, etc. I don’t think they even answer the phones there Kind of felt like a three star hotel We won’t be back Thanks for nothing Eva at guest services And thanks a lot, young man in a suit At 4 PM on Saturday, July 25 At guest services Possibly one of the rudest hotel attendants I’ve ever crossed

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is great.

Beautiful property and very helpful staff. The Pressley restaurant in the building was not run very well and don’t seem to care if you’re a hotel resident.

The facility was beautiful and it’sa great location to experience downtown Detroit and walking distance to stadiums. The staff was friendly and polite.

This is a gorgeous hotel very conveniently located near Comerica Park and Ford Field. The rooms are beautiful, clean and nicely appointed. It’s nice to be in a place that seems more fully staffed than the average business these days. There were lovely valets, doorman, and front desk people. I’ve stayed here before and will again when passing through Detroit.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. Staff was so friendly, room size was perfect, the building is beautiful. Perfect location to catch a baseball game or walk to the river walk. Valet was so fast and easy. Made our stay in Detroit so great! Thanks
