Great stay! Weird entrance to front doors.

Our curtain in our room didn’t close so it was bright all night and the signs from the casino just flashed because the curtain was broke, and the sun came in early

Parking and location were excellent

Great place to stay in Detroit! Clean rooms and nice staff! Parked at the Greektown for free and walked everywhere, which was short and easy. Will be staying here more in the future.

Cancelled my reservation without warning and left me without a hotel room during a recent visit. Told me hotel was overbooked and cancelled with no warning! Don’t stay here!!

The staff at check-in and check out were incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It would be nice if they could somehow soundproof the room more because the street sounds, even on the sixth floor, made it hard to fall asleep. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next day and the staff there was also very friendly. I downgraded my review from excellent for the hotel and for the staff because my key was bent from the valet staff. They also were incredibly friendly. However, at my first stop at a rest area on the way home, I had trouble getting my key out of the ignition. I also had trouble getting it back in. The key was visibly bent from the valet parking. It was 100% fine when I left the car to be parked by the valet parking.

The coat of the room for our stay was ridiculous for an average hotel. It is showing its age.

I was given a room with someone already checked in and walked in on them. Thankfully nothing bad happened and another room was available, but it could have gone very different. No on site parking included is disappointing. The adjacent lots do not allow overnight parking so you're basically forced to spend the $55 for the hotels valet lot.

Bit loud with the traffic being right there. Maybe invest in some sound proof glass? Room and Hotel were clean and nice, staff was great, my biggest gripe was the lack of mentioning that parking cost $55 a night and we stayed for 2 nights so $110 additional for parking? :( . Had they made this clear up front would have tried for a different Hotel. Location is also great as we walked to Little Caesars and back for the concert we attended. Several food places within walking distance..If not for the $55 a night for parking would be giving it a good 4 &1/2 star rating. Loud from traffic and parking prices were insane and not even mentioned before booking.

Location Restaurant was not opened on the day of arrival. When we did go to bar/ restaurant drinks were not go.

Everything was great except I think the breakfast buffet should be free.

Sorry to nick pick, but terrible pillows and extra charge for a waffle after I already paid $19 for sub par buffet breakfast? Great location, friendly staff, very clean.
