Great customer service, hotel clean bed very comfy only problem I had was the tv didn’t work. Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for help to get it to work properly I couldn’t get not one channel or even log into my own Netflix account.

The staff was very kind and our room was very nice.

Our room was clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance to Ford field!! Nice bars close by also.

I was charged $55 for parking and was not told that parking was not included. They also told me that breakfast was complementary but it wasn’t you had to pay for that. There was two waters in the room. I thought was complementary but they charge the room three dollars if you drink it.

Location is perfect. Staff was very friendly. TV in our room didnt work and the overall hotel aesthetic lacked character, but it worked for our needs. I would stay there again.

There was a microwave in the hallway by elevators for the floor to use. Thought with price of hotel it was a little funny.

Great location. Jerrie the front desk person went above & beyond to be helpful and offer suggestions. The fitness room was well supplied, had new equipment and was spotless! The in-room coffee was delicious and the bed was perfect, not too hard or soft.

Perfect area if your going to Tigers, or Lions games.

Convenient to great restaurants and easy valet parking. Very clean hotel, room, and friendly helpful staff.

Location to Comerica Field was absolutely perfect. Everything is walkable from the hotel. My only complaint is the bathrooms had mold in bathtub and that grosses me out. The street noise was loud and the curtains don't block out the sun coming up at 5something in June. We would stay again just because of location but if we found something that felt cleaner that had same walking distance we would definitely choose the later.
