Our main complaint is the parking. It's only available through the hotel for $55 valet service. We were able to park a little over a block away at the Greektown Garage for $15.99 overnight. Had to haul our luggage though, which was inconvenient. The room was nice and the location was perfect. We did not really use any amenities other than ice machine.

The staff gave us free breakfast coupons because our room’s door was hard to open! So nice!

Great place to stay. If you are traveling to watch MLB, NFL, or NBA all of the stadiums are within a 3 to 5 minute walk. Great places to eat very close to the hotel. Staff at the hotel are really great, helpful and friendly.

I have zero complaints about this hotel. It was a huge convenience to be able to walk out the door and down a block or two to Ford Field to see THE USHER and CHRIS BROWN concert.

Great customer service, hotel clean bed very comfy only problem I had was the tv didn’t work. Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for help to get it to work properly I couldn’t get not one channel or even log into my own Netflix account.

Our room was clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance to Ford field!! Nice bars close by also.
