easy check in and the location is perfect for a venue at Ford Field as well as for dinner in Greektown.

Clean room.

There was "love stains" all over the "accent" chair from previous travelers and we didn't notice until the next morning after my husband sat in it to put his shoes on. Our bags were sitting in the chair all night. We complained to the front desk and were told we would hear from the manager. My husband has been chasing these people down for days. He has spoken to 4 or 5 different people and was told we would be refunded. No one has called or emailed and every time we call to find out what's going on it's either the manager's day off or they are "in a meeting". We really liked it here and were planning on coming back, but after this experience we will not be returning.

Chambre studio plus petite en superficie qu’annoncée. Matelas renforcé et très inconfortable. Aucun rangement: bureau-garde-robe,etc… Mise en garde : hôtel rustique mais pas haut de gamme tel qu’annoncé.

We stopped at Candy Bar before the concert and had fantastic drinks and phenomenal service. When we returned afterward, the bar was closing for a private event. The staff went above and beyond by walking us through a side door to an amazing nearby bar they thought we would enjoy. They even walked us in and introduced us to the bar staff there. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

Beautiful hotel. Small but nice rooms. Not the fault of the hotel, but the location was loud. Busy downtown spot but that means lots of noise and traffic until bars closed.

The staff is spectacular, not one person I wouldn't want in my own business, from the front desk, bartender, wait staff, valets, and housekeeping. The location is great and very near the ball park. We could see inside the park from our rooms. The bar was open, but unfortunately, the restaurant was not, and the elevator is very slow. That could use an upgrade.

Staff was great

Okay for a one night stay. Rooms are definitely small. The lighting in the hotel is dark, and there is always a long wait for the two small elevators on the property. Not all rooms have iron and ironing boards. However, customer service is awesome and welcoming.

Good stay

Good location, with great in-house coffee bar and cocktail bar. Walkable distance to many good restaurants and fun nightlife.

Very quaint, good hospitality, excellent location, good services. Rooms are very small, if you need some confort such as a place to work or hang out.
