We stayed in a deluxe king room. Open entering, the room smelled stale, like maybe it had been smoke in at some point. One side of the rug and floor had tons of crumbs on it and the steamer did not work. Housekeeping cleaned the floor in a timely manner but never replaced the steamer before we left. I was surprised to see an amenities fee of $23.99 on the bill. I was told it was to cover things like the Wi-Fi, gym, parking. Overall, it wasn’t a bad one night stay. It was close to Ford Field which is what we needed.

The Jr. Suite is a beautiful space. The bathroom blew me away!! The panoramic views were just a vibe!! Not only do they have a fridge they have a microwave which most hotels don’t! It’s spacious and just amazing! I stayed in room 2201, you won’t be disappointed!

Not worth the money I paid to stay there. Over $650 for 2 night stay. Last time I’ll stay there.

I had a couple of workers open my door for no reason.

Upon arrival, I noticed there was a stain in the bedsheets so we contacted the front desk to please have the bed changed and we had an early check-in at noon. We ended up getting something to eat and playing in the casino for a little bit because we were going to the concert in the evening and they said that it would be taken care of within the next few hours. When we got back, it still hadn’t been done, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because there were a lot of people checking in so I’m like they have plenty of time to change the sheets because we’re going to the concert. But to my disappointment when we get back from the concert at 12:30 AM, the sheets had not been changed. It was very disappointing and it was shocking that they even tried to give us sheets to change our own bed and I had to step back for a moment like, sir we’re not paying $600 per night to change our own bedsheets so he immediately switched us to the room next-door. It was an inconvenience, but I did appreciate it. All in all, this was my first time staying in downtown Detroit as an adult because I did grow up in Flint Michigan, and it was the perfect location for the concert and also any nightlife. I enjoyed myself. I appreciate them copying the room because there was no way in hell that I was laying in those bedsheets.

Our room wasn’t clean to our liking. There were stains on the curtains and on the floor of the entryway to the room. Our trash can was missing from the room. Requested it but it never came. Front desk representative was very short with us and not informative. I’m not use to figuring out how to get the room and access the elevators. There was no guidance.
