Hollywood Casino at Greektown

Easy access to downtown area, would stay again.

I booked a room went to check in my room was given away so I had to find another room

We had to wait two hours for our room . We Arrived on time but our suite was no ready. First it was a 5 minute wait and then a 10 minute wait and then 3 minutes because they were waiting for pillowcases. I had to keep going up to the front counter constantly to ask questions about the room and then found out the suites were not cleaned yet!!!!! Not happy at all!!!!

Great location comfy room. Food was great and not crazy expensive. Would like to come back Nothing

Exceptional

Everything was great except no trash can in our room

Fun place to stay for walking and restaurants

Kept asking for Cleaning service in a 5 day stay and never showed up, we were outside the room most of the time, so service was horrible, locación was great

Went down for the Lions game, booked a room for the night two hours sitting in traffic trying to get into the parking garage as they only had one entrance open. The expressway was backed up beyond belief, four different sides of traffic trying to get into one entrance, missed the first 10 minutes of the game after sitting stagnant not being able to move for 10 minutes literally one block away from the entrance finally said to hell with it paid $70 to park in a lot next to it had to go back and get my truck later that night to actually park in the parking garage then after all that get woken up at 6 AM by construction, sounding like bombs going off right outside the hotel absolutely ridiculous won’t make that mistake again

Room was clean, view was great.

Clean room, large bathroom

no room service. had to get our towels, water and coffee.

Pleasant

Charged us $75 to park in attached garage due to a football game happening, even though we told them we were staying at the property. Front desk said we would be reimbursed and took us to valet for the credit. They didn't know how and manager not there. So back to front desk. Told we would be credited. No credit was on our bill when we checked out. Please contact me for resolution.

The bedding was severely stained upon arrival. I called the front desk, they told me housekeeping is not available to chnage the bedding. I had to go to the front desk and request new bedding. They handed over bedding that I had to put on. Awful experience.

Air conditioning was terrible room was on all night even on cold

The staff was friendly yet professional. The rooms were clean and well stock with the essentials. The casino was great because it had a large non smoking section for a non smoker like me!!!

The Hollywood Casino is in a great location near to everything in Greektown and downtown. Rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel was clean. The one thing that prevents me from giving five stars is that the hotel only makes up the rooms every third day. We asked at the front desk to have the room cleaned but were told that due to union rules, house keeping can only clean a certain number of rooms each day.

Property was clean. Valet staff was spot on. Felt vehicle was secure. Rooms and bedding were good.

Wonderful overnight stay
