Omg Great experience the staff was amazing.

Room was very muggy, humid and hot. We attempted to adjust the thermometer had it at 70 room temp was still reading night 70’s.

Staff was great! Rooms were nice and clean

It was clean and convenient I didnt like that the air conditioning didn't work in my room and they was supposed to send maintenance and they never came and I called about a panel being off in my room no one ever came to do anything

Parking is on the side of the building. Read the prices carefully. Be kind to staff they'll make sure your stay is pleasant.

Good location, near border/tunnel and there is a free tram to take you around the downtown area. Felt safe, a bit loud at night on a weekend but expected. Clean hotel. Pool was decent, a bit dated but got the job done. Would stay again.

I stayed in mid June for Father's Day. The room

The room was excellent in decor and layout. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Liked the proximity of the "people mover".

We selected Courtyard because of its easy access to the Riverwalk and to the People Mover. It's also just a couple of easy walking blocks to Greektown, Campus Martius and the Convention Center. Our room was oversized and quite comfortable. Every staff member we encountered, from valet to maintenance, was very professional and welcoming. We felt taken care of. We used the in-room coffee maker, but IHOP in the lobby offers lattes and more; plus the 24-hr snack area offers an automated Starbucks coffee for a price.

Was upset that theft charged me for a bottle of water that I didn’t drink and charged me for parking when I didn’t even park in their garage.

Only thing all rooms should have microwave

Great stay for our family! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool and fitness area were fantastic! Also, the location was epic - right on the river and close to the Qline and People Mover!
