Location was good. Convenient! Applebee’s was nice especially when you arrive later in the evening and haven’t had time to eat. Valet & Richard ( I think that was his name.)behind the desk was very helpful when we arrived. IHOP for breakfast was not so great, the hash browns were under cooked. I had lipstick mark on my coffee mug. The service that we received was pretty good but we did have to wait to be seated about 15mins when the restaurant was pretty empty.

It was in a great location. Based on our itinerary. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Helpful and friendly. Smelled amazing & very clean. Not a thing.

Also - a small microwave is so common in hotels these days so we had *assumed* one would be available but was not. Just a minor inconvenience but worth nothing. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing!

I would not recommend a stay here. The restaurant wait staff was poor and unprofessional. My wife and I waited once for over an hour to get breakfast at the IHOP restaurant. It always seemed to be understaffed on the weekend.

Great checkin process, valet was nice, and the train monorail into town from the hotel was a plus!!

6 and 8 year old traveling with us, the pool and the location can't be beat
