Great place, kind host

Clean with good location

Service and desk people are very helpful some of the cabinets on the rooms were broken

Talked to manager. No heat, no coffee pot, blanket took forever to get to the room.

Nice hotel… Near the water was fun to look at Canada across the Detroit river… Good walking distance to downtown and had a people mover stop for more convenience to our downtown locations of Little Caesars Arena, and the Comerica Stadium… We had a really good time and appreciated the comfortable accommodations… clean… Courteous staff…

Location and clean Cost of parking for a guest who is staying there

Room was nice and clean. Front desk staff , janilla i thickness name was. Very nice and informative. Valet was good except the one guy kept trying to sell me key chains. Applebee's was ok room was freezing. Couldn't get the ac to turn down and my last night there. There was dried up blood on the floor by the elevators.

The courtyard by Marriott Detroit downtown is in an excellent location. Close to Riverwalk and campus maritas Park the combination IHOP and Applebee's restaurant in the lobby was lacking in staff and organization.

Front desk was fabulous, very friendly, informative and helpful. Room was clean and fresh as was the bathroom. My only comment was the restaurant. The music was very loud and a little pricey. But staff there too were very friendly. Valet were great. Would definitely use them again.

All around a great location with wonderful staff. I know others have talked about the lack of air conditioning, but each room (that I know of) had it's own thermostat.

Location was good. Convenient! Applebee’s was nice especially when you arrive later in the evening and haven’t had time to eat. Valet & Richard ( I think that was his name.)behind the desk was very helpful when we arrived. IHOP for breakfast was not so great, the hash browns were under cooked. I had lipstick mark on my coffee mug. The service that we received was pretty good but we did have to wait to be seated about 15mins when the restaurant was pretty empty.
