Perfectly lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The only thing that was a challenge was the ac in my room didn’t work. Despite that I would stay there again.

Had a great time ! Comfortable and clean!
-
I had to remind d them to clean the room. Once they said it was cleaned, the toilet was still dirty
-
Excellent value and very nice rooms. Service could be better at the restaurant.
-
Check in was a breeze. Only negative was the store and Applebees closed too early for our liking.
-
scammers. you will never get your deposit back even if there was literally no damage.
-
AC was not properly cooling our room and the ice machine was out of order on our floor. As were two of the four elevators. Just did not seem well maintained. Staff was helpful though they didn’t explain self parking would actually be more expensive than valet.

Friendly front desk staff. Close to many venues. The AC was on the fritz in mid July.

I stayed couple of times already in work trip and I like this place overall - cleanliness, amenities , proximity to all offices / food options

Our stay was pleasant, the staff was helpful. The room was nice and clean. There was a mini fridge but no microwave or safe. The location is in the middle of downtown and there is access in the hotel to an above ground train that takes you to the stadium, which was very convenient. There is valet parking at the hotel for a fee, a city parking garage located around the , and street parking all around. Overall it was a great stay and I will be staying there again when I come back to town.

However the Applebee and IHOP were horrible. Never opened on time, ran out food when they were open. They gave both restaurants bad names. As this was the first time that I have visited either one and the food and service was this bad and I visit them monthly at home.
-
The room and hallways were clean and the staff great.
-
Good location. A quite pleasant stay.
-
Great location. Connected to the Detroit People Mover which accesses the Detroit downtown loop including stadiums.
-
I wish the process for valet was better but valet was great too ❤️

It was very clean. Very helpful. The guy working the day we arrived told us about people mover. Which was so helpful. And pool was nice and clean area. Not busy at all. We did use weight room. Definitely going to stay there again.
-
No working rest rooms in the lobby where the bar is located
-
Staff was super nice and gave me good information can’t remember their names but one girl was going to the r&b tour 7/5 and the other had a bob they were the most helpful and super nice have had customer service like that in a while

It took over an hour to get checked in after checking in and being sent to 2 rooms that were not cleaned finally the staff sent someone to find us a clean room that we could check into. It was late like 1030ish before we got into a clean room. We tried to extend our trip by one day (stay a sat night ) it was nearly 800 for an additional one night in a room with 2 queen beds. No microwave in the room which was unexpected and frustrating. It is a nice hotel with the tram connected and such but it absolutely isn't worth 800 per night with half the elevators not working, the hot tub not working, etc.
