Ayres Suites Diamond Bar

The room was very clean and the AC was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the hot breakfast in the morning. The potatoes are delicious!

We love staying at this location. Our room was perfect for our daughter in. A wheelchair. The pool was refreshing. Breakfast was good.

Near a Target, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Lots of parking. Breakfast was convenient. Unique social hour. Only wish the rooms with double beds had one more chair for guests, so they don’t have to sit on the bed. I had a King bed the first time, which also had a couch and coffee table. Super convenient for visitors.

This is a beautiful Hotel and kept in very good condition overall. The room, bed, air conditioning, bathroom, water pressure, TV, channels, all are very good to excellent. My critiques of the property are that they could offer more choices at night like deserts and things they have a very small expensive selection of some packaged nuts and candies but, no baked goods, ice creams something at night that would be good or tempting. Also, the Breakfast is very average in my opinion since I've been to another property for Ayres in Yorba Linda where you get fresh good eggs and real eggs, a variety of other things like fresh made french toast and pancakes. This had the same old fare liquid eggs, with sausage links and old fashioned potatos they did have pancakes on Sunday and they were decent. The layout here is crazy with alot of visitors to get coffee is bedlam in a very small tight area where they have the coffee klatch and the waffle maker it is almost impossible to get in there and get out very crowded. The personnel working there are unfriendly and unaccomodating it needs some attention and some work here in my opinion to keep the Ayres high status like Yorba Linda who also has fresh baked cookies like Chino Hills. I love the area here and the pool was very nice but, overall this location could use a little attention.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice. Great beds and clean. My room did smell like smoke , but I let them know and they offered to move me. I just didn’t want to be charged and they went out of their way to way to make sure it was taken care of! N/A

Breakfast was amazing, spotless rooms and great amenities. I loved the layout of the spacious rooms and deep bath tubs. Bed was very comfy and slept like a baby. Sometimes when I would use the bathroom sink a sewer smell would come up and was pretty strong

Greeted by friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Close to Cal Poly Pomona Air conditioner had a loud rattle and the air conditioner remote had issues.

Excellent facility. Receptionists are kind and very nice. They greet you with happy face and friendliness. The facility is very comfortable and clean.

I do like that it is right next to the freeway and that target is up the street and a few restaurants I felt the breakfast could have been a lot better. Eggs were here dry, potatoes over cooked bacon over cooked and the white bread had mold all over it the only reason I found out it had mold on it is my son saw the bottom of it before I put it in the little toaster thing

Staff is excellent - friendly and run a tight ship. Hotel room is pleasant, clean and comfortable. Complimentary hot breakfast. Location is good.
