I stayed here one night with my partner. I really enjoyed the stay and would come back. I will say the restroom does need a make over. But overall, 9/10.

Y’all overcharged our son.The room was 118.00 + tax for two nights. Please refund the difference. That does not amount to $343.00

I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Diamond Bar (IHG) and the hotel itself was excellent — clean, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location for exploring the LA area. No complaints at all about the property or the service on-site. My only issue was with the booking through Expedia. I was charged CA $214.06 for a single night, and breakfast was not included as part of the reservation, which wasn't made clear upfront. I'd recommend double-checking what's actually included before booking through a third party — the hotel deserves 5 stars, but the third-party booking experience brought it down a notch. Would happily stay at this Holiday Inn again, just booking directly next time to avoid any surprises.

Pictures do not do it justice. Very good location and very clean with great customer service. The room itself was just great, very clean with no bad odor or anything. Would definitely stay here again.

The bedsheets and pillow cases smells like cigarette, like I am at a casino, my pillowcase has a black stain on it, the sink is clogging and the only way that you can fix it is to take out the stopper or what you can call it. Otherwise, we were still able to sleep ok, it’s just maybe an oversight on their part.
