Best Western Diamond Bar Hotel & Suites

This hotel sits right next to a very busy freeway. I know the area so I paid extra to get a room on the other side of the freeway. Nice big room. Breakfast was minimal. Pool is nice. Good location for visiting areas in So Calif

Noise (near freeway 57) I paid two nights, but stay one night since the noise, it's hard to sleep

The light in the entryway flashed, the lamp next to the couch didn’t work and the body wash bottle was empty. The breakfast buffet had a very limited offerings and there was no meat protein offered.

The hotel is nestled back away from the main road, which gives it a cozy and quiet vibe, despite Diamond Bar Blvd and the freeway being nearby. There's also restaurants and grocery stores right across the street (3 minute walk) from the hotel. Prices could be a bit better, but the rooms are big, clean, and comfortable: 4.5/5

Great customer service and clean environment

I love the prime location! Not only is it in a cul-de-sac which is nice due to street traffic, but anything you need is within walking distance. Hotel was absolutely comfortable and big, clean and staff was super NICE!! it felt like family. I will absolutely stay here again!! Just keep in mind that the vending machines are in the lobby and I never found the ice machine ?

The beds were clean and comfortable. One problem . The weather was extremely the day of my stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 l rate the room a 9. The AC thermostat in the room wasn't providing sufficient cooling temperature .

Horrible experience, horrible dirty and broken room. I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t such a nightmare. Nothing, and I mean nothing, like the photos. The only positive things was that after an argument, right after check in, I was able to get a refund and book somewhere else. Reception really tried to tell me then ants, broken shower and front door were my problem and Expedia’s issues because I picked that room. 0/10.

Very disappointed with our 7-night stay. The room features a tiny desk. The bathroom was even worse: the sink faucet base was actively leaking, leaving the entire countertop soaked and making it impossible to even place the tissue box anywhere. On top of that, the tissue box was empty upon arrival, and the sink was draining extremely slowly—so much so that I had to clear out a massive, disgusting clump of hair from the drain myself. Between the broken facilities and appalling hygiene, this stay was completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.
