Best Western Diamond Bar Hotel & Suites

My stay was pleasantly quiet but, the only thing I was not pleased with was the comfort of the bed. Other than that the room was very spacious and stayed clean. If you enjoy firm mattresses then this is your place.

The rooms were very large and the food was decent. The rooms are clean. The pool is nice

The female at the front desk was either a manager or co-owner. She was condescending and a little rude. The noise from the freeway right behind the hotel is a problem, especially when asian lowriders with fart cans whizz on by. Motorcycles also make noise but it's not as annoying and loud as the rice burners. The mattress was too soft for comfort. The pillows too but all hotels have that problem with pillows.

The Hotel canceled my reservation when I got there. The front desk agent was very rude and condescending. Booking did a fantastic job of getting me a refund

The door provides no sound insulation/protection from the highway across nor can it deaden any conversation from other passing guests, to make matters worse, there is a highway with a partial tunnel, with the right side (the side facing us) open, making every loud car not only want to go louder but also projects the sound to the property. The door is not very insulated, light can poke around the door frame into the room. The pool was inaccessible for our stay so that was also a missed opportunity to give a better score.

In morning spoke to owner / manager and she was completely indifferent- and said “ we will get it fixed - In told her, great, its not about fixing it- its you forcing to pay for an upgrade to get one working-“ the fact I had to pay for a working toilet- she didn’t care at all and saidn youbahd an upgrade. Sad. Book another place is my advice.

Was clean, bed was comfortable. We did alot of walking to get to room. Room was very quiet.

Want to know what it's like to stay at a two star property? Stay here. The only good thing was that it's quiet and clean in the room with plenty of hot shower water. It served its purpose for a cheap one-night stay.

Nothing Staff was rude, location was terrible, over priced, breakfast ends too early, key card stopped working on both of my rooms the night before check out, cost me $20 more a night for my 14yr old child to stay (which is disclosed on their website, but not on booking.com), the toilets in both rooms barely worked, found bugs in both of my rooms (thankfully not bedbugs), and questioning if I’ll get the $200 I paid in deposits for both of my rooms (after reading reviews, they apparently charge you for every little thing). VERY DISSATISFIED, and wish I had gotten more pics!

great location , next to restaurants and freeway. no microwave. a little bit of smile from women staff goes a long way….

Clean room, easy access to highway, restaurants

Dirty room, the AC did not work, I asked for a fan and I was told the room would cool down eventually. After inspecting the unit it was covered if lent and dust.

Location was good. Convenient to stores and service stations. Dated. Need to renovate property because it will be more appealing.

it was really calm in the room my sister got all u could hear was the cars passing in the freeway

I got the room close to the ice machine. It was noisy when someone was using it sometimes very late at night. The show head got very weak water.
