2) Breakfast is very limited. 3) Need to carry luggage to the second floor. 4) Very noisy on the free-way side.

The room was extremely clean, spacious and almost felt brand new. I hate hotels with carpet so I appreciated this one didn’t have any. The a/c worked well and the place is in close proximity to eateries like McDonald’s, chipotle, coffee, etc. the pool and hot tub were spacious and clean. We had a room facing the freeway and it can get noisy so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend, but we are all deep sleepers so it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t mind staying there again as the price was a great value.

The room interior was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The location was convenient, and the parking was easy. The room had a bad odor, and there was no microwave. I stayed for four nights, but my room was never cleaned despite calling the front desk several times and requesting housekeeping while I was away. Housekeeping only came around 4:30 PM, which was too late because I was already back to rest. The staff were also unfriendly and not very helpful.

Manager doing illegal stuff not having rooms ready only for people who don’t book with 3rd party . Then proceeded to charge 30$ for “early check in” at regular time . Beware scamming manager and hotel loyal customer turned into telling everyone truth no wonder never sold out and bad rep for best western

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Safe, clean, comfortable, staff were friendly, and breakfast was yummy. This will definitely be our go to next time we are in town.
