La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pomona

This hotel is under construction, doors are falling apart, there is no security to enter the hotel and there is no reception. I was expecting much more, the price is exesive for yhe major maintenance going on. The hotel should be closed to at least provide a decent stay, or lower the price and before you book the site should say is under construction, I would choose something better for the price. The location was convenient for what I needed, once the maintenance is done, I would book it again, but not during maintenance,

Liked the breakfast and staff. No liners for waste cans no complementary water one roll of toilet paper no facial tissues no hand soap ice maker inoperative construction going on most of the building dumpsters in parking lot we were their 3 days and no one serviced our room towels etc.

Breakfast was a 4 the Lady server was extremely Rude !!!!!! As soon as we arrived upstairs due to remodeling at 8:49 she said we’re closing up right now and walked away , No good morning very unpleasant and other guest were more helpful with the location of where napkins were etc .. she rolled out a big garbage can meanwhile we were finishing breakfast which is absolutely gross… Our water was turned off due to remodeling

The room this trip was much better but we had no access to internet and couldn't work. Price was the main like. No internet access the whole time. The hotel is under construction so it's difficult to get to the check-in office. And all ice machines in the whole building we're not operational.

For a property that allows pets, the location was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. There were many little things that were not up to par, for example for the majority of our trip for whatever reason there were no waffles available at breakfast and the ice machines were not working. The first night, the shower drain was not working but this was fixed once we reported it.

It was a good stay for the weekend, staff was nice.

Unknown at the time of my booking the property was under construction. The entrance was moved. I'm in a wheelchair and didn't expect that since nothing was mentioned on the booking site. Otherwise everything else was fine.

This was an OK place to stay for a one night, but there is no pool lights at night time so you can use the pool. There wasn’t Kleenex in the room, there were rocks on the floor so you know that they didn’t vacuum. The ice machine is on every floor we’re not working.

My room was missing a couple things and when I phoned the front desk - it took almost 3 hours for them to bring it up. And it was 10:15 at night. Startled me. My door did not feel like it locked properly. Slider was unlocked. Had I not checked it - it would have been un secure all night. Carpet was in big need of replacement. Paint in need of attention everywhere! Really beat up. Maybe this will be addressed in their remodel?? Bedding was clean - and breakfast was nice.

The hot tub was great. Breakfast was good but not as good as it was in February when we were there. The construction that was taking place. Our room only had a desk chair, not a regular chair, to sit in when watching TV.

Building is under renovation i didn't enjoy the fitness center. But good thing they able to accommodate me in double tree as long as you stay in la quinta.

I stayed here last year and it was good, but it’s changed and it’s unacceptable. This property should not be operating right now. Half of it has been under construction for six months, there is no fitness room, all ice machines are broken, there’s no housekeeping and most of the property needs to be repaired or refurbished. The room was ok, but the lock on the back sliding door was broken and showering in the bathtub was dangerously slippery. The hotel listing should disclose that this property is currently under construction and explain the issues.

Superb

After finally checking in, I arrived at my room and found it filthy. I called the front desk to ask whether the room had been cleaned, but I was immediately told that it had—without anyone checking the room or investigating my concern. The combination of the lengthy check-in process, inadequate staffing, dirty room, and dismissive response from the front desk made this a terrible experience. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to beach

Room was clean but all ac machine was loud and put out a weird smell. Half the hotel was being renovated so loud and the breakfast room was displaced to the 2nd floor, and was not good. Oh, and all the ice machines were out of order.

Stayed a couple nights. Too much construction going on for it to be open. No room cleaning entire time there.

My door was hard to close and lock. Construction and was not allowed to use the pool. Ridiculous
