La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pomona

The restroom had a lot of stains in the tub and the cabinets were damaged Besides me asking for room service no one came for the three nights I was there I had to go to the office every day to get towels and soap and had to pay for parking my vehicle

Apparently pool was closed due to construction which didn’t make sense, couldn’t even hang out by the pool and balcony didn’t have anywhere so sit.

Room looking tired but hotel going under renovation... Bed was comfortable, in room coffee is great... There will be a next time... Just looking forward to see the finished renovations... Overall, ok stay for what I needed TY

Pool and lobby were under construction. Made things more difficult and noisy. But rooms were very clean and staff were great.

The staff gave us the room beside elevator, ice maker macine, breakfast room and laundry room. You know how noise it is.

our experience was very horrible the room front desk assigned us in very bad condition. Broken bathroom door, ripped and stained curtains broken electrical outlets and bathroom shower was not working properly.

Due to the renovations the pool and exercise facilities were closed. There was no heads up about this. The front desk gave a stranger a key to my room. The man tried to walk in but I had the metal door stop on. I could have been indisposed or not there and he could have stolen all my things. I did not even get an apology when I called to report it. I had to go down to get new keys instead of someone bringing them to me like they said they would. I probably would not stay there again but it was okay.

the property was nice even though they were doing construction on the main lobby. the pool is still open which was a nice touch and the rooms are always okay here. the main amenity which is air conditioning was working perfectly.

Place was nice and clean. The bed was awesome and comfortable.

There is some renovating being done to the hotel and I believe any inconveniences are understandable AND were reflected in the prices of the room, The room was amazing, the breakfast was nice, everything was warm. I have no complaints and am glad I have found it as a place to stay. On hindsight, my ONLY complaint would be finding the reservation area. On the outside due to renovations, it was dark when I checked-in and the sign was not big enough and not enough light to see clearly.

I had a very terrible experience here at check-in. I showed up an hour early and they did not let me check in understandable. But still inconvenient there was already a female in the lobby arguing with them because she was not notified that the pool was open, which is very inconvenient because it does not say on the website that it’s gonna be closed. I’m also handicap on a walker right now and they do not allow any deliveries to the room personally which is a huge inconvenience because I could barely get up and move. I stayed here two days and I will never be coming back.

The room was clean, but old, TV and remote seems like they were at least a decade old, amenities were fine. Neighboring room was extremely loud. Breakfast was very disappointing.

It was clean and quiet but the phone didn't work. It was sufficient.

Staff was very nice and checked us in quickly. Property is a little worn on the exterior, but room was modern, clean and in good shape.

We love coming here all the time the breakfast is amazing
