Vita , restaurant on site is great place to have some nice Italian meals but it's expensive. Overall a great experience

Exceptional!

When the receptionist asked me to tap my credit card on the payment terminal, the machine did not recognize my card. She asked me to try again, but I did not hear her instructions clearly. Instead of swiping my card, I tapped it again. Rather that offering assistance or explaining what I needed to do, she made a comment that I found offensive. Throughout the entire check-in process, from the moment I approached the front desk until she handed me my room key, she appeared irritated to me and did not smile or make any effort to provide a welcoming experience. I chose not to argue because I was exhausted after my long drive, but I believe guests should be treated with patience, courtesy, and professionalism, especially when they may be tired from traveling

I enjoyed my stay here and loved the Italian restaurant that was on the property. My only compliant was that the pool was closed when we arrived, we were told it would open the following day in the afternoon and it never opened. Would've been nice to have somewhat of a discount. But other than that very nice hotel and the complimentary cookies were so good!

The check-in experience was not good, and the room smelled bad. It seems it was a smoking room before.

it was nice. property was clean and parking was underground. The only thing I would have liked transparency on would be the breakfast. The listing said breakfast available and we understood it as it was included and then it wasn't, but staff was helpful and they complemented it for us.

The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having access to the small coffee bar in the lobby.

Clean room, helpfull stuff

Our room was very clean. However, the mini fridge in the room did NOT work, which was a shame because we chose this hotel for the mini fridge as I breastfeed and needed to keep milk cold. We went down to the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, and it was a basic continental breakfast. It was NOT worth $22 per person. I will say the staff was amazing and friendly! The waitress overseeing the morning buffet was on it (refilling everything and cleaning) and she was so friendly.
