Our room was very clean and hotel was nice. No carpet in room so it smelled fresh. That was good. The staff were helpful. Laundry room was out of order, Downstairs ice machine out of order. No creamer for coffee in the morning. Standard hotel breakfast was fine and kept clean. Overall a positive stay.

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I can't rate the staff well because we just didn't interact with many. We will stay there again.

The non smoking room smelled awful. Tried to open a window and air it out but that didn’t work. It was doable for 1 night and having a not so comfortable bed to sleep in and a shower. There were a few breakfast options. They didn’t even have the pastries stocked but could make waffles and have some watery eggs.

They don't have anyone on site from 12a-8a. So don't show up late

I had a great stay. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean. Everything worked like it. Should the pool in the hot tub were both working. The hot tub was actually hot. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you.

Had two rooms one seemed more up to date than the other one. Air conditioner and refrigerator freezer were better in one room than the other. I Would stay again if in Dodge City

The a/c in the room only worked sporadically.

Shower needed work, entry door rubbed on carpet, no USB ports which is a need for most people.
