It was a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Ice machine didn’t work, bathrooms a little tired and need non-slip mat in the shower/tub, breakfast was unattended and light.. rooms were spacious and clean!

The beds were soft. My power went out twice luckily my mom stood downstairs to heat my son’s bottle. Big cockroach in the bathroom

Clean rooms with good size room, bed and TV. Great low price.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was exactly what the information said it would be. The pictures were realistic.

Staff was very helpful and the fact the floors were hardwood was a plus. Elevator and a few other items needed attention as the elevator was not in working order and the main doors has issues opening and closing. The first pet room has a little Oder but I was moved to another and it was fine.

Hotel is being refurbished, room was good although ice machine in corridor was really loud. No lift and stairs are steep with small treads. Breakfast was fine, nobody on reception at check out. All said for £55 a night it's good value. Laundry out of action whilst we didn't need it's worth noting.

There is no elevator, ice machines weren't working, no staff in the morning for checkout, stairways not clean, breakfast had very limited choices.

The room was clean and when we stayed, it was quiet. It's being remodeled, so I am sure it will change even more soon.
