The location was great - convenient to everything we needed The property was a little dated but they are performing some renovations. The biggest thing for us was no elevator and the restaurant was never open (or not that we could tell).

The saloon is great. The restaurant on site is ok. The smell of 50 yr old carpet is something I can't get over Sheets that need replacement. Beds that need to be replaced with new ones. Plug ins need replacement , everything just falls out.

The decor, the general store for all the Gunsmoke memorabilia. The games for folks to use and some to pay to play were nice. The pool area was nice. The smells in the room, the leaking air conditioners having pans under and over flowing is probably why there was a moldy musty smell.

The best part of the stay is the desk personnel…. Very pleasant and responsive to needs and problems. The place is really old so I’m sure hard to maintain-the ac in our first room didn’t work, the TV in our 2nd room didn’t work, the carpet needs taken out. BUT the price is right since it is clean.

Location and indoor pool and volleyball court Toilet hadn’t been sufficiently cleaned

You get what you pay for

The history surrounding the hotel itself. Nothing!

Bar and restaurant food was very good. Enjoyed the Gunsmoke memorabilia.

Like the location and the style, a good place to stay and good value for the money, just wish they offered breakfast No breakfast offered or included.

Nothing the place was a dump outdated and needed to be remodeled. Nothing the place was a dump outdated and needed to be remodeled. And because it was the lower amount, it drew people with an ankle bracelet. People with questionable character I did not feel safe.I left.I did not stay the night and I wanted my money back. But the lady working in the front desk would not give me my money. She was rude

Nicole - manager - was very nice We didn’t get the room we reserved, got a lesser one instead. Room was smelly, dirty, dark, carpet was sticky, no plate on electrical outlet, lampshade torn, no stopper in bath tub.
-
The location of the hotel. Right on the main street. Easy to find. Staff was very friendly and polite. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room.
-
Nice bar friendly staff Basketball court right outside room, ball constantly banging on door and wall
-
Vending machines for snacks and drinks were out of order. The room needed minor details.
-
Value for the rate paid. Very friendly staff. Better raise the rate to upgrade the hotel. New carpet, better cleaning, repair broken stuff.
-
setting, simple charm

Location, price Property had seen better days. Needed extensive renovations or a tear down.

Pool and room were great. Hotel is nicely located Our outlet by the bed did not work

The children loved the pool and arcade. The decorations outside the hotel, in the lobby, and in the recreation area were a fabulous kitschy 60’s throw back. The employees were nice. I didn’t see any bugs (and I looked hard). The room has not been updated since before I was born, maybe since before my parents were. The carpet had patches and was missing around the edges of the room. There were holes in the ceiling, some patched and some open. The bathroom had mold and smelled like cigarettes. The sink either didn’t work or sprayed a geyser of water. The mattresses were springs of a variety I haven’t seen since I was a little girl, easily 40 years old. The tables had uncleanable sticky substances. The quiet hours begin at 10, but kids were still splashing and screaming after 10.

Price Old hotel that could use some updating.
