Quality Inn Dodge City

There was no pool like advertised and the sink was clogged and the bathtub and walls by toilet were yellow. The hot tub was covered and the pool was freezing and dirty

Older but well Maintained. Convenient and near Boot Hill. Good for one night and the price. We did a family room with pull out. It was nice to only need one room for 5 people.

My first room had no hot water and the telephone didn’t work. We tried calling front desk and they tried calling us back, but neither person could hear the other. We switched rooms and the second room the tv didn’t work until we took it off the wall hanger and redid the cables and finally got it to work.

I was greeted with a smile from Tadea . She explained where the pool, breakfast, and what door to come in closest to my room. Breakfast was pleasant, the pool oh my lands ,wonderful after a long day driving, it was not cold nor was it hot. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. Very quiet location.

The place itself was about as we expected it to be. Kind staff, good breakfast, a pool my kids loved. I'm giving it a 3 because there was a really strong scent of something, perhaps a carpet cleaning substance? It was overpowering to me, and caused my son's asthma for flare up, making it hard to sleep our first night. When I explained the situation and asked for a refund to find another place for our second night in town, the request was denied. If it weren't for my son's asthma, I wouldn't have even asked. But an inability to be flexible with the refund for a medical reason was disappointing.

Basic overnight room, clean with fresh towels daily. Easy access to our room. Staff was pleasant Could have used a larger trash can in the room or another small one.

My wife and I stayed here with 2 of our Grandkids. They wanted to use the pool, so I went to pool area with them. Got in spa while they swam. Spa water was warm, but there were no jets or bubbles, and I didn't see any way to activate them. Everything else was satisfactory. Room was clean, breakfast was okay.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I would return to this hotel

NO ELEVATOR FOR SECOND FLOOR. Was not informed this on check-in and had already loaded luggage cart. Was charged extra for ground floor. No automatic or ADA entry to check-in desk causing difficulty bringing in loaded luggage cart. Staff made good recommendation for food. Room was cleaned daily.

There is no microwave in the kitchen; they don't have much variety of coffee creamer, and there is no iron in the room.
