Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport West

The room was clean. On arrival 6 of us checked in, upon getting to the room there were only 2 towels. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. I got to breakfast late on the 2nd day 15.08.26 the staff indicated its closed mind you there were food in the warmers. I asked for paper plates to reheat food that i had at my room and the objected. I had to ask the front desk clerk for the plates who indicated yes, when i went back to the dinning room the staff who was cleaning up was like there are cutlery in the room. nb. there were no forks or spoons there was 1 butter knife in the draw and some large cooking spoons.

Not much to like but the pool wasn't too bad. Staff was not pleasant, we had two bathrooms for a family of 5 and we had to almost beg for two rolls of toilet paper, they only wanted to give us one roll to share. Airport shuttle was advertised, only to find out it was additional charge since they don't own a vehicle. Rooms were never clean in our seven days stay.

Was good like the location of the food. Everything was in order. No flies. And everything was fresh.it was assistant when you needed.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good but while guests were waiting in line for breakfast it was removed from thr table. A little kindness came go a long way since the rooms only had one tiny teapot for Cooking. The receptionist ( big huy) was friendly and tried to accomodate us with our request for pots.

Just do NOT book, unless you stay for a 1 night and need to be close to the airport. Staff was friendly and parking OK, but property has A LOT to improve. Pricey hotel for the property. Breakfast far from expected. Room had not pots to cook, rusty utensils, dirty couch and bugs eating the cabinets in the kitchen and washrooms, there is no room service going to the rooms. Just not worthy. If you have light sleep, avoid it if possible (you will hear airplanes every day, sometimes at night).

The only upside was breakfast was convenient.

The location is centralized for the purpose of my trip The service, not sufficient towels, water pressure and room fixtures old

The place had mold and stains on the carpet . When you walked in you could smell the mold in the apartment

The peacefulness. The planes and the trains was very relaxed to me. The rooms are old and furniture is worn down and there are bugs (beetles) as well as no wash clothes. The pool and jacuzzi was disgusting haven't been clean in ages.

Rooms were cleaned. Parking included. there was not enough towels in the room and bed clothes/curtains were not in the best conditions, could see a few holes in several of them.

They are good

Everything needed repairs, and the water of the pool was green.

Pleasant

Maintenance on the property is lacking. We took a video of our room to ensure we are not charged for any incidentals. Overall I guess the facility is ok
