I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the hiccup in not getting a key to my room until after midnight because the system was down. So I had to wait about an hour to have maintenance come up to my floor to unlock. Other than that, beautiful hotel and smells AMAZING!!

Breakfast should be allowed for all guest. I spent a hour waiting for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

The environment was generally clean. Members of staff I interacted with were pleasant.

The lack of seating in the smoking areas.

No room service, water was cut off for 3 hours.

They are remodeling the rooms, and I really liked them; the floors aren't carpeted, which makes them look even cleaner. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful in every way possible. This was my second visit, and I would definitely come back.

Only dislike was carpet being drying up & 2 big fans were blowing until 7 30 pm of all the floors to have my room assigned, could have liked a different floor not being worked on.

Stayed in the remodeled 9th floor and it was spotless. The room was beautiful. Everything was wonderful except my water temperature Fire showering. They accommodated me with a different room across the hall. I think it was just a problem with my room. The cookies were great and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend the renovated floors.

Currently undergoing renovations, so this did affect my stay. The phone in my room did not work. The cord from the wall to phone was broke. Absolutely no dial tone. The driver for airport shuttle was very personable and courteous. The checkin process was simple and the receptionist was friendly and polite. Room had trash from previous people.

The rooms are freshly renovated and very spacious. Very convenient to the Miami airport with a free shuttle. We were stranded after our flight was cancelled and this hotel was close and affordable. The staff was very friendly despite being late in the evening. My friend utilized the 24 hour gym and said it was good. Restaurant was limited but to be expected for a hotel. Would recommend for a close stay to the airport.

It was a nice hotel. Unfortunately the room I requested with whirlpool wasn’t available . Had to pay for something that wasn’t available . How unfortunate.

Room was clean, staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious! Did not give 5 because there was construction on my floor and there was a lot of dust on the floors and carpets. And there was people smoking around the pool. (Not the staff foult).

I like the shops that was right next door, we found some beautiful things
