The breakfast was cold. The room was not very clean with trash in the drawer and behind the nightstand. There were drips and on the closet and kitchen area. Just felt like the room was needed more attention. The staff were great.

Stale smell in rooms, unhelpful staff. However the breakfast was great. But overall choose Hilton

My vacation here was wonderful will definitely recommend and return again...

My room had a weird smell. Either was the carpet or the A/C. Needs an upgrade

The staff was nice but the room is old and out dated the shower door was stuck the entry door didn’t lock I won’t stay there again the elevator was broken the heater was making noise I couldn’t sleep I’m done never again

The only inconvenience was the $20 per night parking fee. I understand that parking can have an additional cost, but it was disappointing that every guest had to pay an extra $20 per night just to park their vehicle at the hotel. In my experience, parking is often included with the hotel stay, so I feel this is something the hotel could reconsider. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Hopefully, the parking policy can be improved in the future.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The elevators are aged. The carpet in the room, the sofa, and the ottoman felt questionably clean. The front desk left 2 requests for extra towels unfulfilled.

Helpfulness of young man who checked us in. (And his colleague). Nothing else. 2nd worse hotel I have ever stayed at. 1st problem, you cannot pay hotel for parking. You have to use an app. Not everybody is tech savvy enough to use these. Fortunately the young gentleman who was on reception helped us, him and his colleague on same shift were the only helpful staff. Same problem using washing machine, had to use mobile phone. Lady receptionist no help, just not interested. Fortunately Holiday Inn next door were super helpful with their laundry. Bar, no barman, he’s in the kitchen cooking meals. Room not serviced for 5 days, then cleaned on 2 consecutive nights. Lady who ran breakfast room, really aggressive, particularly at 09:30 and 1 second, immediately clearing things away. Not a particularly good breakfast selection anyway. Internet went down one night Swimming pool closed for 2 days Room Air Conditioning unit very noisy.

This place was awful our room had the worst odor and there were very interesting stains all over the bathroom floor. We stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport but for anyone else also in that situation pick a different hotel because this one was awful.

I wish there was hand sanitizer available & easy to find We appreciated the shuttle to the hotel from MIA. It was difficult to communicate with the hotel desk to figure out where to meet the shuttle however Wish there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal

Pay for parking, never had to pay in the past

Room was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenager boys No ice bucket in the room, had to use the trash can

Make sure to let everyone know that the parking have to be pay the same day u check in

Crazy that the bartender would not let me charge my meal to my room. I wanted the Bonvoy points and he refused. I have a lot to say about this issue but you don't leave enough space to write it. Bad on you...feel free to call if you care -----
