Staff were very helpful and shared information about the hotel and surrounding areas. There was a wide variety at breakfast.

We loved the breakfast but the shuttle stopped too early and in the morning it could only accommodate half our party. Also, our room charge was increased by the hotel at check out and staff said it was something in relation to our booking at Expedia? Then, our room itself had issues. The bathroom door latch would not take therefore, the door would not lock. Also, at least two of the outlets were too loose- our charge port would fall right off from them.

Front desk staff not helpful at all. When asked about a certain type of business, as simple as a gas station, which I later found out was just around the corner, literally, their response was, " I don't live around here. For the sake of guests, front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable about their surroundings. Would not stay at there again

We were able to get checked in early. I like that check-out time was 12 & they let us check out at 1pm in charge.

My only complaint is that the person working at the bar was not very accommodating. I had received a coupon for a complimentary drink but I could not have what I requested. I was told the only thing offered was made with rum, even though I told him I did not care for that beverage. That was disappointing after traveling all day and a cold cocktail would have been refreshing. Also the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. The location was great, so near to the airport which was very convenient for us.

A well-maintained property with a free shuttle to take you to a strip mall with many eateries near. The hotel restaurant is connected to the bar, so while your looking for the restaurant, you wont find it unless you ask the right English-speaking employee. The beds were soft due to use, we actually lucked up and had a hearing impaired room, which isnt used given too often, so the bed was nice & firm.

Worst part was musty odor as soon as you enter the room.Carpet is old and ragged,Staff doesn't greet you,asked for an Iron never received it.They also don't carry any toiletries for customers.AC is window keeps the bed next to it very cold but rest of the room could be warm something they should fix.

Accommodations were good. But no shuttle for after 9 pm arrivals and no shuttke before 6:30. No breakfast for those who leave before 6:30 am...

This is clearly a budget property. The rooms are functional, but the bathrooms are surprisingly small, and the overall experience doesn’t feel like what you would typically expect from a Marriott branded hotel. It lacks the premium feel and attention to detail that have made me trust the brand over the years. This stay has taught me an important lesson: a brand name alone isn’t enough. From now on, I won’t book a hotel blindly just because it carries the Marriott name. Instead, I will carefully evaluate each property on its own merits, read recent reviews, and ensure it truly delivers the experience I’m looking for.

I would not recommend this hotel in any way. It was dirty and mediocre overall and extorted an additional $30 of additional guest fees for the *base* guests. The room was dingy and had a ton of hallway noise. We would absolutely never stay here again.

This was a 2 night pre-cruise stay. Room was clean, w/poor lights, but spacious and comfy. Staff was very professional, accommodating and helpful. Complimentary shuttle was great from airport and to local mall.

All I can say is I left early and did not stay as I was planning to.

Clean room and a lot of space. The check in clerk was too busy trying to talk on his phone via Bluetooth instead of checking us in quickly and speaking at a professional level.
