When I inquired about te shuttle bus they gave me the time. But did noit tell me we needed to book. That shuttle was too small so in the morning we missed it because the number who had booked was making the shuttle full. Even in the morning when we went to inquire about the time the reception did not ask us whether we wanted to book it. That was something that made me give less marks

Free breakfast buffet was good no problems with it. All I’m gonna say is the elevator is kind of skeptical, feels like it was gonna break down on us and there was only one elevator and stairs on both sides of the building It has complementary tea and coffee plus cold water also popcorn, staff was really nice and helpful I personally had no problems.

It was very convenient for my travel to cruise port. Great atmosphere and staff.

Clean spacious room. Breakfast had lots to choose from.

So if you don't need the airport shuttle, this is a fine place to stay. If you're trying to book here because of the added value of the airport shuttle, it's probably best to keep looking.

Nice room clean place, wonderful staff

The sofa bed was dirty. The floor under the beds was dirty (pop corn crumbs). The air conditioning unit was loud all night.

The room had a musty smell and the refrigerator had a awful odor so we didn't use it and The telephone handset did not work.
