Just the outside Terrible Experience — Would NOT Recommend This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed for an entire week, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. The room was never cleaned during the entire week we were there. On top of that, we found two roaches in our room, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. We should not have to spend an entire week dealing with poor housekeeping and bugs in the room. We tried to be understanding, but the lack of cleanliness, the roaches, and the rude treatment from the staff made this experience extremely disappointing. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of places where guests deserve to be treated with basic respect and where cleanliness should be a priority.

It is a very dirty place. Starting with the stairs to the balcony dirt was everywhere. The bathroom looks filthy. I just spent the night trying to get at least some sleep and couldn't wait for tomorrow morning to run away from this unpleasant room. Nothing is inviting from there. It is not the worst I ve seen but it could be way better. Clean the places!

Muy limpias las habitaciones, el desayuno también muy completo, solo tuve un inconveniente ya que yo reservé una habitación con cama king y al momento de hacer el check in no habían disponible estas habitaciones por lo tanto me dieron una habitación con dos camas full, las cuales fueron incómodas para dormir dos personas en una sola de ellas.

Room had a humid odor. Floor was detaching in places.

In reality i want thier i book a car and paíd For My transpotation Buy when i reach Even the recepcionist was not in her SEAT. And thier was a Bad smell in the loby i Guess if the lo y is like that how could be the room. So i book a other hotel and from thier although i wait their Buy i was i confortable due to the humisity smell i Will never recomend this hotel to any one The smell it's was diagusting Even the staff was not present

Now I see why cause there was cockroach in my room and I had to get rid of them

Bedsheets were not clean. Property is very old. AC wasn’t cold enough. Towels smelled . Rooms are not well kept. Bathtub walls had stains on them. No housekeeping service whatsoever so ever. Stay away form this property at all cost.

There were molds in the rooms and too smelly rooms. Also, the breakfast had just coffee included. That is pathetic for a breakfast. The stinky rooms and no breakfast, even it had complementary breakfast.
