I asked at the front desk for an updated unit, thinking it was an older unit, upon "upgrade" it was the identical room, however slightly cleaner. Just walked out and asked for a reimbursement, wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I have no complaints at all the hotel, check in staff, housekeeping and all was GREAT.

Arrived at 3pm to our room, toilet was a mess, visited front desk to report the issue and left to enjoy MIA. Returned 11pm, room service yet to arrive to clean toilet. Next morning 9am had to return to front desk to make another report. Service extremely poor had to call twice even to request towels. Disappointing stay at this hotel.

Had an overnight layover. It was a nice comfy stay for the night with a restaurant and bar onsight. I'd stay here again.

We had an issues with the room since first night had to go 3 time downs to the front desk to get the room card activated , I ask for a lagoon view didn’t happen … excuses all the time

I would definitely purchase the breakfast when booking as it is cheaper than at the counter of restaurant. They also offer shuttle service to the cruise ports for a fee. This is very convenient & affordable so do it.
