Pullman Miami Airport

Exceptional

Nice clean and good location

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. There is a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter the hotel lobby. Highly recommended hotel The hotel was lovely but I had ordered some stuff and sent them to the hotel. I did not like the fact that the morning I was leaving I was not able to received my order items because they do not release packages before 9am.

Clean…up to date Pool Restaurant Bar Airport shuttle Cruise shuttle $ In an industrial area but I knew that!

The location We had no hot water for showers. The bed is very firm. The mattress seemed to be worn out. Picture's online are deceiving.

Would definitely stay here again. Great value, breakfast on point

Clean rooms, excellent food friendly staff .

The staff were really nice. It was definitely a little more 2 Star but still clean.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. We relaxed at the pool and enjoyed beer from the bar. It was perfect for our two night stay!!

No hot water in the room, the QR code for room service was not working, and the food was overcooked when I ordered a medium-rare steak and one medium-well.

….

Very good

Pleasant

Disappointing

Proximity to airport Airport shuttle staff was friendly (especially early in AM) Tavolo restaurant staff was nice Outdated rooms and bathrooms Carpets felt and looked dirty Mattresses felt completely used

Shuttle picks you up from airport , restaurant inside has good quality food.

.

Nice staff.. good food.. beautiful pool. Only downside was the lack of a microwave, and you have to pay $35 per day for parking.

Very good location

We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner as we were tired and didn’t want to eat at the bar because it was very busy and noisy. We did have to call several times before getting through on the phone to order room service but once we got through and were directed to order our food through the website our food was delivered quickly and both the food and very good! Unfortunately we had an early flight so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. Complementary airport shuttle service was on time and our driver was very pleasant. Overall, a great, charming, old world style hotel - we only stayed overnight but would definitely stay again if we travel to Miami again.
