Everything was great but the breakfast could be better.

I tried to contact the hotel due to a 14 hour flight delay I wasn’t going to get to Miami until the next day. Still waiting for a response.

À notre arrivée ils nous ont prélevé 200$ de caution ? Toujours pas remboursé 8jours après . La piscine était sale les sols pas propre. La chambre et surtout salle de bain n’en parlons pas …. Nou sommes restées 2 nuits, personne n’est venu faire notre chambre entre les 2 nuit… Je n’ai pas trouvé le personnel agréable. C’était une énorme déception. Le petit déjeuner est la seule remarque à peu près positive. Mais je ne recommande absolument pas

didn’t even come back to our side of the bar. After 21 minutes of total neglect, we had to ask twice for our bill. We had planned to have more drinks and eat dinner but chose to leave the property instead due to the service. The next day at breakfast it was completely different. Great service! Wonderful staff. Front desk was also amazing as was the coffee bar staff! Clean rooms. Great location. Fantastic outdoor pool area.
