Nice place clean staffing are very good , room nice and very convenient… breakfast is top 💯💯💯I hope visit there soon!!!! I really recommend this hotel

It was overall a very nice property. The upstairs lounge area was very nice with a beautiful view. That same area is also used in the morning time for the complementary breakfast, which had so many great options to include non-pork breakfast items. The rooms have a lot of space and a nice kitchen area. There were ants on the counter and one of the dishes were dirty prior to arrival. We let the front desk know, and they handled it immediately.

Perfect hotel for one night. Clean, good location near airport, free parking, no additional fee.

Room was very spacious, bathroom also a good size with full size toiletries for you to use if you want to. Breakfast was good with a better selection than some hotels. Close to airport with a good shuttle service. Hotel was quiet and got a good nights sleep.

Bad

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, the room and hotel property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Pablo at the front desk was really helpful and easy to talk to. Will definitely visit again.

Mold in the first room: We were given a room with black mold all over the ceiling. It was extensive and immediately noticeable as soon as we entered the room. I asked to change rooms, and we were moved to another room where the mold had been treated and eliminated. Parking fee: No one told us that we would be charged for parking in the covered garage across from the main entrance. We assumed it was the hotel’s parking and that there was no additional fee. Nowhere was it stated that we had to pay for parking. We also asked someone at the front desk if we could park there, and they told us that we could, but they "forgot" to mention that there was a fee. I don't know if there is also a fee for parking in the uncovered area, since we did not park there.

The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our flight got delayed and I reached out to the hotel and i was given excellent help for me and family. We were a group of 13 and Yilian did over and beyond for us. We have never experience such great hospitality before. If we go back to Miami this will always be our place to stay

Convenient to MIA. Parking in garage across the street was good. Cost $18 for night stay.

Pleasant

We used the shuttles from the airport to the hotel and the driver was excelent with us! The people attention was excelebt! To figure it out how to work the shade ar night in the room: i fixed since the share was out of the rail. One area of the room was without light, a brake was down. That there was no even water in the room. The shuttles is not working early morning. We could even have breakfast before leaving.the schedule was too late for us! So we paid more than the service provided. Thank you anyways, it is an exlect hotel!
