In the reception during check in time they took a security deposit of USD75. This is ok but then this they should return back during checkout if everything is ok. When I had asked about this the person at the reception said it will take few days for the amount to be returned this was really surprising.

I can always count on the Hyatt for having reasonably affordable and very clean properties. It’s usually our “go to” when we travel.

We only stayed one night before our cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was great.

Best location Rooms were not soundproof. People walking in the walkway could hear you. Bedrooms cannot be locked from inside and that's really inconvenient.
