I stayed June 14-15. The staff who worked that afternoon before turning over to the Graceyard agent is superb. Even the Graveyard agent was very helpful. He assisted me with contacting restaurants for food. Great customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Fernando went above and beyond to pick us up early from the airport. There needs to be signs that are enforced about kids wearing swim diapers and no eating by the pool or hit tub. A toddler threw up but the hot tub! The phones do not work at the pool deck. We had to text a staff member.

Breakfast, and nice staff. Shuttle only runs on the hour so if you arrive after the hour you might want to taxi to the property vs waiting a full hour for the next shuttle.

The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The location made it easy to get around, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a good stay and a practical choice for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay.

As soon as I get into the room, the TV showed my name and 2 bottles of complimentary water were there. There was a free shuttle every hour to the airport. Continental breakfast had a variety that also surprised me. Wi-fi was also very good and check out time was perfect (12pm) for my flight. I liked everything about this place.

Great front desk staffs, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Shuttle bus drivers are very nice too, especially the drive on night shift, wow, he helped my family twice from airport to hotel, what an awesome and chilled man!

The hotel was great! Staff was amazing, it was in Miami so they had some loud people smoking weed but all and all the workers helped and we had a restful night
