The breakfast was nice The beds were very uncomfortable along with the pillows they gave us. The blinds would not stay up so could see the view and the plastic cover for the blinds fell down and scraped my husband's side to were he was bleeding.

While the hotel itself is fine, I was disappointed by the noise level that persistent throughout the night and was even more disappointed by the attitude and unhelpful response of the staff when I called in the early morning asking what could be done about the noise level (ex: slamming doors, people running in the hall, loud music, etc.). I was told to increase the fan noise or to "use more pillows" to muffle the sound. Could not recommend the hotel for this reason.

The view was beautiful, and my second stay was enjoyable. The staff was more accommodating . The gentleman put us by the icemachin facing the parking lot. I had to request a different room, which he obliged after some time. I observed he asked other guests about their preference, which he never asked me.

I was very impressed by this hotel. I figured since it was just an airport hotel, it would’ve been mediocre, but I was wrong. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were great. Plus they have a bar and a restaurant on the 10th floor and the food was really good there too. I didn’t have to leave the property. Next time I go on a cruise I’m definitely staying here the night before. Plus, the price was awesome!

Nice hotel to stay in near the airport

The facility was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing environment, complemented by the excellent and helpful staff.

Locación Not clean , bed and sheets were not comfortable , shower dirty. They need towels replaced. Not good quality.

Slight lack of communication for the shuttle driver to come pick you up. Make sure you call the hotel or the driver will pass right by you at the airport.

The property had what we needed for a one night stay, and included complimentary breakfast which was perfect. The downside is that they charge $5 per package delivered to the hotel, and they have nowhere to store your bags if you arrive early.

Exceptional

The old, dirty, frumpy pillows on the beds got to go. They made the lovely room overlooking a lagoon, look like a cheap motel. I was afraid to lay my head on them. The other issue that disappointed my group of 17 people was having to separate to be transported to the cruise port since the bus could only take 14 people at a time. We have stayed in smaller hotels and when combined with other guests, which was the case here, a motor coach was used with each guest paying $15 as charged by this hotel. The fare is reasonable but they need to use a company with bigger buses, not vans. Apart from all I've mentioned, it's a really lovely hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it for groups. For groups of more than 14 people, it's best to make private transportation arrangements to the port, if you would like to travel together.
