Parking would be nice

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious for our group but rooms and bathrooms were very outdated and need updating, especially the showers. Also Did not like that you have to pay for parking $18 each night, and this was not in any description or we probably would have chosen a different hotel. Breakfast was also very slim choices. 3/5 overall rating

Great staff

We enjoyed our stay once again. We have stayed at this property several times, and each time has been great. We really appreciated the kind staff and the delicious complimentary breakfast.

There were so many issues I chose to ignore

Breakfast: the selection was not that big. Brown bread ran out fast

ome of the staff were nice but very poor management unfortunately. We arrived very late due to our flight delay expecting our room to be ready. When we arrived we were told our room type was not available (assumed they gave it away) and our family had to be split into two rooms. With little children this was not ideal. The agent at the desk was nice and her hands were tied because this was not her fault. But at midnight with a reservation that was booked months prior was very disappointing. Also one of the rooms during our stay had a horrible mildew smell and we had to be switched out which was definitely inconvenient. A small thing also to point out not a deal breaker but not great was breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and it was the same breakfast every morning and often food had run out. We like to stay at hotels that offer breakfast for one less task in the morning and don’t mind paying extra for that but this breakfast was not worth it. There were 4 waffle makers but only two worked so the lines were crazy long. Another issue there was no laundry soap available to buy. Lastly, the last night we were there an ambulance had come for one of the guests. We got to the hotel as the paramedics were going through the elevator and had to help them access the floor because they didn’t have a room key. Nobody from the hotel was helping them and it made things much more hectic. All in all we would definitely not stay here again.

If looking a quiet and nice place with a magnificent view of the airport, this hotel should be on your list. The property is well kept. The kitchen is a great amenity to have! Easy and convenient parking, and not that expensive.

Good for a quick overnight

Needs to be updated stood in the two bedroom suite water faucet in the kitchen was very loose. It’s supposed to be a full kitchen and the silverware. They gave me two knives two forks two spoons when we had a party of five the corners of the room and rug were dirty. Curtains had hose in them. They didn’t close all the way. The air gave me a hard time. It would get hot then it get too cold. There was never a happy medium.

This property is very run-down relative to other properties in the same brand. It badly needs an update.

Room was clean the lake view was everything all in all I’ll get it a 1000
